Holiday rentals with a patio in Reggio Emilia

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

Had a great two night stay at Rosa’s apartment. The place was clean and well stocked. It is very easy to find and check-in went smoothly. It’s pretty easy to get into the city via bus, about a half hour. Thanks Rosa!

Slightly secluded from the historic center but convenient to all amenities with the Cimoncino and Cimone slopes more or less equidistant. Apartment in a quiet and green setting with private fenced garden ideal for those with pets. Clean and functional environments. Alessia is always there if you need her. It was a pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back. Also highly recommended by our furry four-legged friends😊

We loved our stay in Carlotta’s home! From her sweet welcome and surprise play area set up for our kiddos to her local recommendations sent weeks in advance and help with making our dinner reservation for our first night, she made our whole experience even more special! The space is very homey and the bed is so comfortable! Everything you need is readily available! The location is great! Very walkable to many amazing restaurants and areas! Would definitely recommend!!! And would love to come back!

Great place to spend sometime in Parma

Beautiful quality and impeccable apartment. Very well arranged and comfortable. Very welcoming and voluntary family, always available and eager for the stay to go smoothly. Despite the good weather in April, the host left us the heating for the cooler nights, the attention was much appreciated. Really delighted with our stay and thank you to Simone and her kind family.

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are several supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point for visiting the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

Very good location from which to explore Bologna, within easy walking distance to most points in the historic core. Everything matched photos and was very clean/well maintained. Hosts were exceptionally responsive and friendly. Peaceful with private garden area, well isolated from any street noise. Would definitely recommend.

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

An impeccable place to say the least. Cleanliness and tidiness. HOST always available and responsive to our every request Welcome snack and drink the icing on the cake. I recommend Andrea and his structure for relaxation, rest and comfort.

We only spent one night in this apartment but we felt right at home, everything was clean and tidy and with every comfort. Also to a great surprise we also found everything you need for a good breakfast. We will definitely be back

Property located in a quiet village where you can easily reach the hiking itineraries in the Apuan Alps and some areas of particular historical artistic interest. Although it is located next to the train station, there was no disturbance during the passage of trains. Parking space not far from the property with bar and supermarket 100 meters away. Cozy, clean and comfortable interior. The host Monica was very punctual in details making it easy to use the main comforts of home. Great experience!

Beautiful house completely immersed in nature, in the evening there is a beautiful view of the stars! (If the sky is clear and allows it) really breathtaking views! I'll definitely be back thissummer!

A delightful place in which to spend a few days. Elevated, the views of surrounding rooftops and nearby churches from the windows and the balcony made for relaxing and wonderful evenings watching distant lightening storms and nearby swallows careening around. Fifth floor has its benefits. The apartment was simply furnished but had essentials for the traveller.
