Il nuovissimo alloggio Vi da il benvenuto nel cuore del centro storico di Reggio Emilia, perfetto per raggiungere comodamente tutte le mete migliori della città. Non vi mancheranno una ampia scelta di ristoranti della tradizione Emiliana, locali aperitivo ed atmosfere romantiche. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di una palazzina completamente ristruttura in zona a traffico limitato, il parcheggio più vicino si trova in via San Girolamo, gratuito dalle ore 20 alle 8 e nei giorni festivi.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Today, the old Ferretti farmhouse has been transformed into a cosy country holiday home. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries.
