If you are looking for the perfect spot to relax by a pool and enjoy amazing sunsets every night, this is your place! We loved it! This penthouse in Siena completely stole our hearts! It was so spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed—we truly didn’t want to leave. The views from the windows and terrace were absolutely breathtaking. I honestly think this is the best spot in all of Siena if you’re looking for stunning views of the city and countryside. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, which made a huge difference for us. We were traveling with our two-year-old, and they went out of their way to accommodate his sleep schedule and make our check-in seamless. We’re so grateful for that extra care—it made our stay feel even more special. If you’re heading to Siena, don’t think twice—this place is pure magic.

Please do yourself the favor and book this space immediately. To call the home a palace would be an understatement. As a constant traveler, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect view of the Uffizi gallery and river Arno. A 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and many surrounding markets and Osteria’s. Frederico is an amazing host and now a good friend of ours. He accommodated us and was super patient when we were checking out. The home is extremely well curated with beautiful works of arts and sculptures. The living room area is a great big space with giant windows that can be opened and marble bath tub and shower. I will be dreaming of returning to see our friend Frederico in Florence very soon. He has a kind soul and was very warm with us. Side note: our favorite restaurant was the Osteria Toscanella. Only a 5 minute walk from the space. Please tell Tony from the Osteria that Richard and Geraldine from Texas say “Hola”!!! Everyone made us feel at home.

Very clean Airbnb, the host left us with a bottle of wine and brownies for our arrival which was very thoughtful. The Tuscan views from the bnb was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the major attractions and at night, we could hear the musicians from the Ponte Vecchio. Christiana is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful. She explained the apartment to us on arrival and assisted us with taxis and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

The host, Aris, is worth staying here alone. He was super helpful when we arrived giving us lots of local recommendations which were all great (and also super useful as there are plenty of tourist traps in Florence) he also answered other questions I had about transport promptly. The place itself is lovely, super clean and has all the amenities you’d need. It is about a 15/20 minute walk from the main station and that is the edge of the centre of Florence so if you don’t like walking/can’t, then maybe not the best but for us perfect. Would DEFINITELY stay again

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem traumhaften Appartement verbracht. Der Garten und das dazugehörige Anwesen einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannten sucht kommt zu 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Florenz bestens zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenhalt! Wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen.

Casa Ventura was a wonderful place! If you are visiting Florence and want to be close to the city center, but in a lush upscale neighborhood, walking distance to all Florence has to offer, book this gem! It was so tasteful, and well appointed. Every detail was thought of and made our stay very comfortable. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Un angolo di intimità e romanticismo dove staccare completamente. Tutto perfetto, host gentilissimo e disponibile, la piscina riscaldata con un buon impianto audio è una goduria. Un eccellente vista sulla natura dei dintorni e soprattutto una estrema privacy. Il centro è 7 minuti di macchina, ma sembra d'essere fuori dalla città.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

The apartment was spotless and just as described. Amazing views of the plaza and we had everything we needed provided to us within the apartment. We had an easy time checking in with Giampaolo and the location was unbeatable. Would stay here again in the future!

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient. Absolutely loved this place. Only thing to note is that there is no service in the lobby, so if you’re traveling from another country and using an esim like airalo, be sure to read up on the check in and wifi instructions ahead of time. Hosts are super responsive and on call, I am appreciative as they went above and beyond for me. They called me a taxi, answered my call at midnight, and even held my luggage until I was ready to pick it up. The space itself is also beautiful, it looks exactly like the pictures.

As experienced travelers and former residents of Florence, we wanted to be close but slightly out of the fray of the high density summer madness that is Florence this year...especially in the center. Luca's place was exactly that...so close, with the incredible view, but not IN the madness. The spaces are large, bed comfortable and view extraordinary! The air conditioning was efficient and quiet...and essential, as the mosquitos on the Arno were insane. We could not open the windows. I had some travel glitches and Luca and his brother were accomodating to make sure we got into the apartment. We will return and truly look forward to a return visit!
