Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Refshaleøen, Copenhagen

We have had 2 nights in Helle and Morten's lovely house. It is located in a very quiet and cozy area. The house is homey and suited us perfectly with 3 bedrooms. We would like to stay there again on another occasion. The best recommendations from Emilie, Robert and Jytte

We have been very good in accommodation, it has everything you need to spend a few days near Copenhagen, very good communication with the center and with supermarkets and places to dine very close by. The views are breathtaking and the little things to improve were communicated and talked to the owner, thank you for everything Morten!

Our time at Line was absolutely awesome! She is such a great host: helpful, always available, incredibly nice! The cottage blew us away, it was really our island in the big city jungle. Beautiful & enchanting! We were there with our little daughters (4 & 5) ... the garden and the tranquility made this city trip unique! The interior of the cottage is super beautiful, but also cozy! You can see how much time and effort Line has put into setting it up! The garden is so incredibly beautiful .... !!! In addition, Line is an absolute "treasure" .... She even gave us an umbrella to get to the airport dry & gave us a lot of great tips! AirB&B at the highest level... it doesn't get any better! 1000 thanks!!! We will not forget this trip & will definitely come back!!!

Clean and tidy. Very good beds. Very nice beach and beach park 800m from the property. S-train and shopping opportunities very close. Quiet area. But it is the beach that is the attraction for the area.

Bettina is very responsive to any queries. Full instructions given for check in and out. The house is fairly big and perfect for my needs. It is well equipped. Location for me was great. It would be perfect in summer as there is a large garden an patio area but as I was there in February and it snowed hard there was no opportunity to use it. great place to stay - highly recommended

Lovely little cottage that has everything you really need. The layout of the rooms is a bit confusing at first (kitchen & sink/toilet & shower seperated from each other), but you get used to it pretty fast and very easily. Slept really well because Bunkeflostrand is such a quiet area in general. Also, the views of the bridge and the ocean that you get from just a short walk are incredible. Witnessed some of the prettiest sunsets I've seen in a while. The wifi connection was fast, so attending an online video call wasn't an issue at all. There are multiple places to sit comfortably, so that also helped. The main house is quite close to the cottage, but I didn't mind at all. Overall, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay at Trine and Bogdan’s home. They were incredibly responsive & the house is absolutely wonderful. There is a fantastic back porch with magical lights & great decor inside. The kitchen is packed with everything you need and they left us a delicious tin of danish butter cookies - yum! The location is perfect with the metro just down the road. Myself, my husband, and our two friends would highly recommend this place!

Excellent as always. This was our third stay at this apartment, & it was as wonderful as the first time. If this flat is available, do not hesitate to rent. It’s perfect in every way: beautiful, squeaky clean, comfortable, many amenities, well maintained, great location, and an elevator when you’ve toured a bit too much & can barely make it home. Doris is a perfect host. We hope to return again.

Marianne welcomed us personally and very kindly, she showed us everything and gave us recommendations. The area was perfect for us, a well-kept residential street, with original cafés and simple restaurants. Shopping facilities are around the corner. And right outside the door, you always get a Dunkey Bike to explore the city by bike. The apartment has a wonderful, well-kept, fresh Scandinavian design style. Thanks for letting us be guests.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dan’s place! The home was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. The location was also perfect — close to shops, public transport, and other amenities, which made getting around really easy. It was a peaceful and quiet area, yet everything we needed was just around the corner. We were a large group, and the space was perfect for us — roomy, cozy, and very family-friendly. Communication with Dan was smooth and responsive from start to finish. He was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Lone’s apartment is beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located. Lone is an excellent host, responding to questions right away and she let us check in early and leave later. There was some noise in the evening from the cafes and restaurants but with the windows closed it was ok.

A beautiful, cozy accommodation, very stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Copenhagen is very easy to reach and after a long day in the city you can enjoy the tranquility of the accommodation on the outskirts of the city - in good weather on the small veranda. Would love to come back!!

We loved this place. Excellent, central location, close to Tivoli Gardens and walkable to the main attractions. Given that the apartment is in the center of the action, I was amazed at how quiet it was since the bedroom widows all face an inner courtyard, rather than a street. The place is beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was great. The kitchen was fully stocked. Close to a few metro stations. I would highly recommend this place.

This apartment was such a great find- great location and beautiful flat. Tonny was so helpful with our requests like spare keys and allowing us to check out later. We can think of nowhere else we would have rather stayed for our introduction to the beautiful city of Copenhagen. Thank you Tonny.

Claus's place was clean, quiet, and well-equipped -- perfect for our small family (my wife and I stayed with our 1-year-old son). It's literally steps from the lake and close to some nice restaurants and cafes, though a bit of a walk (about 15 min) to the nearest metro station. Claus was always friendly and responsive, and his clear instructions made check-in easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in a quieter area just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Very well located in a cool area. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. (Handy to have a little kitchen for preparing food too.) Close to buses & many local restaurants, bars etc. Christina was a very friendly host with many helpful suggestions for local attractions.
