Monthly Rentals in Redington Shores

Great place in a great location. My wife is picky about cleanliness and she said that it was spotless. Just as it looks in the pictures and a very quiet and uncrowded part of the beach. Yulia's communication was very good and very proactive; I knew exactly how to get into the unit, what to do, what not to do, etc.

The condo has everything you need to have a great holiday and not spend a fortune doing it. The cooker works well and the hob is very fast. We prepared our own meals most nights and ate outside overlooking the pool. The bathroom is well set out and the shower hot and powerful. What really appealed to us when booking was the access to a pool and not having to drive to, or pay for parking at a beach. It’s less than a five minute walk across Gulf Boulevard and Joy supplies chairs and an umbrella. The pool was clean and not at all busy. The area is safe and pleasant with easy access to Indian Rocks beach too. We had a day out to Universal Studios, an easy two hour dive away. Locally there are a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance, the Conch Grill is particularly good with a very generous happy hour from 11am - 7pm. We would like to return and highly recommend this accommodation.

Another wonderful stay at Devin's place. The home is exactly as shown and is very clean. She has everything you need just bring some favorite food and a bathing suit! A beautiful view and great places to eat nearby. Devin is so fast to respond to anything needed. It got cold one week and she reached out to make sure we had enough blankets etc. Always a pleasure. Looking forward to our next stay!!

We simply loved this place, the view is spectacular, washing machine on the same floor so could easily put a load in and then return to other activities. I really appreciated the new beach chairs that were provided. I felt extremely safe with the 24/7 security who were always polite and willing to help out in any way. We were so happy to be able to leave some of our food with them to avoid wasting. Thank you again Amy and we sincerely hope that we can return next year.
