Beachfront holiday rental in Redington Shores

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Quaint and super clean little complex right across from beach, restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere. Received immediate help with keypad when needed. You definitely won’t be disappointed with your stay!

We booked this airbnb for a Bachelorette party and had the most amazing time. The place was exactly as described, Zarko was communicative and responsive throughout the whole experience, and it was an amazing location! It was perfect for our stay from the roof to the pool and the golf cart. Would stay here again!

Mike and Alex provide everything you'd need and then some. Home is in a great location, walkable to the beach. This was a perfect stay! Comfy beds were a huge plus after being at the beach all day... These are the hosts with the most as they communicate freely and quickly and even offered for us to drop our stuff off early when we were coming in a bit earlier than check-in.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Nice private balcony with sea views. Great pool and patio just a short distance from apartment block with stunning sea views. Access straight onto the beach. Apartment was lovely and clean. Had an issue entering the property as the code was not as said it would be but host replied quickly and it was resolved very quickly. Overall great stay and would happily go back.

Recently stayed at Ram sea 203. This apartment completely exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated and spotless throughout! Great location with breathtaking views! Loved the extras which were included. (beach chairs, trolly, umbrellas, snack bowl) Will definitely look to book again in the near future. Thank you for allowing us to stay at such a beautiful beach home!

amazing location.. especially considering post hurricane damage to the shores. this property has everything needed for a home away from home vacation.

We’ve stayed here the last few vacations and as always, the place never disappoints. Great location with all beach amenities you could possibly need. We unfortunately needed to evacuate from Hurricane Helene and John was gracious and concerned for our safety. The town of Redington is a family and we’re praying for their safety and quick turn around to their paradise again.

I and my family had a wonderful stay. The studio had everything we needed— an amazing location, incredible pool, terrific AC unit, a super comfy bed, and a working kitchen! The coolest thing was the fact that my buddy could pull his boat to the docks behind the building and pick us up to cruise the beautiful waters. We have already decided we must return!!!

This condo was great! It was well equipped, clean, and a great location (close to the beach and nearby restaurants and attractions). Jason’s communication was great as well. We highly recommend a stay here!

My family had an amazing stay at this condo in Indian Shores, Florida! The condo was absolutely spotless — clean, comfortable, and clearly well taken care of. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and local attractions. The check-in process was super easy, Tammy and Scot were so responsive, and made sure everything was just right. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the condo — it had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indian Shores!

Our stay in the Flamingo room was seriously the best!! Mrs. Kim was so quick to respond and made check in and out so easy. The check out instructions consisted of only one request - take out the trash before the end of your stay - how easy! My best friend and I went for a girls trip and loved the easy access to the public beach. Additionally, the exit gate from the suites is RIGHT near a crosswalk across the street. We had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Kim in person and she is seriously the sweetest. She seemed SO very authentic - just in the little time we got to speak. While we were there, they continued to focus on upkeep and additions to the space, including adding a full length mirror to our room. The only thing my friend and I said was that we wished we had access to was an ice machine! But this was so minor with all the great accepts of our stay.

Great location right on the beach. Second floor unit - can climb 2 flights of stairs or use the elevator. Walkable area to coffee, restaurants, ice cream. Very clean unit. Updated bathrooms, and unit is more updated than in photos. We had kids ages 2 and 4 with us, and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, small cooler, etc. which was nice not to have to pack or buy. Lots of kitchenware which helped with cooking/kids as well.

on pristine beach. wonderful views of the Gulf. Sunset view from the living room. Just beside the bird habitat, I read in some reviews that smell of birds is a problem, We didn't feel it at all, breeze from the Sea kept it fresh always. Get down the condo and you are on the beach. House was spacious for our family of 4. Karen had flotie for toddler, Beach umbrella, chairs and some beach toys, appreciate the nice gesture. kitchen essentials were as expected. Dedicated Covered parking, very convenient. Beds were comfortable, a bit squeaky, but manageable. Everything was as described and great. Pictures don't do justice to the views. Highly recommended.

Sea Oats 303 was an amazing property to stay at! The condo was spacious and well equipped but most importantly the setting was all we had hoped for. The patio was large and we enjoyed watching the magical sunsets in the evening. Our mornings started with walks along the beach. At night we kept the patio door cracked open to hear the waves on the beach as we drifted to sleep on the comfortable beds. We highly recommend this property.

This property is a good upon arrival, as it looks on your computer! We spent 5 days and had a blast, as there is so much to do-or just relax and listen to the water. The management company was a breeze to work with, very accommodating and responsive to all questions. The condo was so clean, and had most everything we needed for a day on the beach. Beds were comfortable. The patio overlooking the beach and gulf was a dream. Our family had never traveled to the Florida Gulf Coast for vacation… but we will come back again in a heart beat. The community of Redington Beach was fantastic with friendliness, great food, fun activities, and a variety shopping. We met up with our adult children, and everyone, regardless of age had a blast.

The house is beautiful and clean. Beach access is not quite as close as I wanted but thats on me for not researching better. Host's are very responsive. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Not a good walkable area for shops/restaurants. Definitely need a mode of transportation. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Linda’s condo is nicely decorated and lovely. The living and dining room furniture is comfortable, as are the beds. She is generous with toiletries and kitchen supplies. We brought our own beach things, but saw that there were chairs and umbrellas and beach towels already there. The kitchen and primary bath are updated, as are all appliances: washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and tvs. Linda is very responsive if you have questions. The five-star ratings are well deserved!
