The holiday home itself was also very cozy and wonderfully quiet and lovingly maintained, beautifully embedded in a proverbial park-like property. Thank you for having us as your guests. The accommodation is located on the top floor of a senior residential building, which means the view is great, in the building it is quite quiet and you are perfectly connected to public city transport. I myself was there by bike, which can also be connected. Due to the older target group, there are practical accessories from the shower stool to the mini dishwasher and real TV chairs. On 27 square meters there is everything you need for a short stay. At the reception someone is available until 9:30pm and in the in-house roof cafe there are even coffee specialties (but only until 4 pm ;-) and maybe even a nice chat with one of the elderly residents. I felt very comfortable and not out of place and was able to work well concentrated there, also thanks to the far view. It was just a little cold on foot, but it's now helped with a pair of mules. For Gera culture travelers or visitors to their relatives, the Florentine residential complex is highly recommended!
