Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Auf den vier liebevoll sanierten Etagen (ca. 100qm) mit altem Holzgebälk befinden sich eine vollausgestattete Küche und eine kleine Toilette, Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa für zwei, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, ein separates Bett und ein Schlafzimmer. Im Garten sind sind zwei Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten u.a. am Wasser eines Siels. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Kinderspielplatz. Gast WLAN vorhanden!

Im Anbau des alten Rathauses befindet sich der Gästetrakt mit einem Wellnessbereich im EG und den 2 Ferienwohnungen Samtmuschel (ca. 60 qm) und Herzmuschel (ca. 50 qm) im OG.
