The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Das Restaurant "Sasso" z.B. ist 3 Minuten entfernt und das Restaurant "Da Luigi" z.B. liegt 8 Minuten entfernt.
