The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

The semi-detached house is located in the beautiful residence village of Rastede. In a 15-minute walk, they are at the center of Rastede. This is a lot of shopping. Supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Our property is located directly at the castle garden. By car or bus you are also in Oldenburg (Oldb.) in 15 minutes Here, too, you will find numerous sights.

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.
