Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rappahannock River

Great location, quiet. Spacious and clean house. Well connected in terms of grocery stores etc. Host very responsive and helpful. We had a 2 week stay and it was perfect for our needs.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

We truly enjoyed this house. It had great space for remote working. There is lots of kid-friendly space, as well, and a kitchen that can accommodate a large family. It has a very comfortable and homey vibe. We will definitely try to return!

Very fun place! Perhaps somewhat new so some kinks being worked out, but the host is incredibly responsive to any requests and has invested heavily in the property - luxury fixtures, appliances, amenities. Highly recommend.

Courtney's place was perfect for our trip! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, there are restaurants just a short walk away, and it was a quick drive to downtown. The place was very clean and comfortable with some natural light despite being a basement apartment. This didn't bother us because we had to be up early, but if you're a light sleeper be aware that the sound travels from above since it's a basement apartment.

We loved our stay at Adam’s place! The location couldn’t have been better for our visit to DC- it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

The condo was very nice, we especially liked how spacious is was. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. We will probably try to book again if we are back in the area.

We loved our weekend stay in Cape Charles and this rental was absolutely perfect for our family. Very well equipped home with lovely decor. Angela communicated every detail that we needed for a seamless check in. Would definitely recommend!
