Kendall was a great host. She took care of what I needed and was friendly and responsive. The house and location were great! Very private and perfect if you have a dog. We were very pleased. Thanks Kendall!

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

We had a wonderful night in no small part to our great experience with Roger. He was so helpful and gracious and had such a upbeat and positive presence. The accommodations were so very nice and beautifully appointed. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Would love to stay for a few days so we can really enjoy Occoquan.

Melissa's space was exactly as advertised, and she was a very friendly host - even taking time out of her day to introduce our girls to some ducks and chickens. We had a very nice stay.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The parking was convenient. We liked how walkable the area was. We were staying for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and the apartment was an easy walk. We would stay again!

What a calm and peaceful private retreat! My fiancée and I spent a couple of days enjoying the brisk bay breezes and beautiful sunsets at Vickie’s. Everything was exactly as advertised and Vickie (and Scott) are true treasures—extremely responsive and thoughtful hosts who want you to have everything you need. Plus, their knowledge of the area gave us a great introduction to Leonardtown. So much more to the area than we thought! Whether birdwatching from “the best view on the block” or reflecting on the glider by the bay, we loved every moment of quiet and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you!

Our second time here! An absolutely adorable gem of an Airbnb with the nicest hosts and most beautiful garden and dock on the River! Great restaurant recommendations, super comfortable beds, and lovely living room. Perfect for families visiting the beloved St. Mary’s River.

I came back just a few days later because I could not stop thinking about this place. The gas fireplace once again created the perfect cozy environment after long workdays. The unit is not only beautiful but also perfectly equipped for an extended stay. Everything I needed to feel settled and focused was already there. The hosts were just as wonderful the second time. Still one of my favorite stays in DC.

What a find! We were attending a wedding on the Potomac and found this gem of a place basically right next door. A perfectly appointed home in a peaceful, tranquil, beautiful setting. Connie was great! Responsive to our need to find the iron, not exactly an emergency, Connie responded immediately with it's location. Loved it!

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local markets. We really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, and getting into the city was easy with plenty of nearby transportation options. A great spot for both relaxing and sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Had a great weekend in the Northern Neck here! We watched a pod of dolphins and stingrays from the backyard, enjoyed easy access to nearby parks, and had a great time cooking in the kitchen. This is seemingly a very recently renovated house, and all the towels, sheets, beds, etc. seemed brand new as well. It was super clean, super comfy, and the hosts were very responsive! I liked that the property was surrounded on one side by forest as well—it was nice and quiet and secluded. Finally, they have a super cute collection of board games disguised as old timey books. I'd definitely stay here again!

I’m pretty sad that I don’t own this house. Pictures don’t it justice, and the pics are incredible. The house, the cows, the coziness….I’ve already shared this house to a few friends! Kayla was very responsive throughout our stay. 5 stars all around!

Hutch’s Bluff was a great house in a fabulous location. There was all that you needed for your stay as well as beautiful view of the river. We felt right at home and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely return.

This home was lovely. A lot of fun activities at the home and right near the lake. We enjoyed the games and golf cart a lot. The beds and pillows were very comfy!

Amazing, amazing place. Will be back! Absolutely stunning. We came in May and the weather was perfect. Also the host was extremely friendly and helpful. A tree fell on the road by the gate on Saturday and within 30 minutes they had it cleared. Beyond helpful.

No ghosts were seen or felt despite being a civil war hospital. Super cute place! Whoever decorated it did a lovely job… those vertical stripes on the walls and all white paint make the basement apartment feel large and airy despite having only a few small windows. Host was very nice and responsive with questions.

My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.

Thomas’ place was stunning. The view was amazing, and the entire space felt cozy, charming, extremely clean, and peaceful. The location was perfect—beautiful and walkable, close to Tysons malls, great restaurants, and the Tysons Metro station. A perfect spot for anyone visiting the DC area. Thomas was very attentive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, this is a top-notch place and probably my favorite choice when visiting the DC area.

Jamil & Rania, are easily the most responsive hosts we have experienced on AirBnb. They made everything from check in to check out so easy; got back within minutes on any questions or concerns. The pics do not do the apartment justice. The decor and layout is in such good classic taste, everything from the wonder sofa, bathroom fittings, Master bed is the most comfortable bed ever slept in and sheets, duvet and pillows are high quality. Going to see if we can buy that mattress:-) Kitchen is very well stocked in terms of dishware, pots and pans etc, Coffee maker and k cups an added bonus, Dis-washer super easy to use. Work desk as super addition for log in to check work emails - wi-fi excellent. Sofa amazing as is mirror and walk in closet. Give them 5 stars, definitely stay again; definitely recommend! A nice spot in a good location to explore Richmond. The building is a former industrial setting, which creates some interesting (in a good way) interiors. Walking distance to lots of the fan district and an easy drive to carytown or downtown. Designated parking was a plus. Jill gave clear instructions.
