A beautifully decorated space that sits in the stunning Surrey Hills area. It’s warm in the winter and cool in the summer. A wonderful space that will make you feel calm and relaxed. Patio doors overlook farm paddocks which back onto the Sheepleas. A fantastic location - many National Trust properties nearby, walking distance to The Duke of Wellington pub and the stunning Grange Park Opera at West Horsley Place. Many beautiful walks in areas of outstanding natural beauty nearby. **NB No Shower**

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Comfortable and bright one bed annexe in a quiet private road nestled in the Surrey Hills with views of Box Hill. Denbies vineyard and the North Downs Way is on its doorstep. Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annex is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.

The Cottage is the perfect retreat for groups of friends and family to use as a base for the upcoming Autumn/Winter events locally. Just a stone throw away in the heart of the village is the newly restored pub ‘The Old Crown’ with a fantastic menu and stunning decor. The Cottage will be beautifully decorated for Christmas from the 14th November. Whilst the listing states no parties, we are more than happy for family and friends to share Christmas celebrations together.
