Lovely place in Sørlandet's best archipelago in Paulen on Flekkerøy (about 15 minutes from Kristiansand city center). Very good standard with bathroom/shower, TV, kitchen w/dishwasher, washing machine and everything you could want in a cabin. Sun from morning to evening. Private parking lot. Leisure boat with motor can follow along. Flekkerøy has lovely rocks, sandy beaches and great fishing opportunities. Here you will also find a shop, hiking trails, roller ski run and artificial grass courts. You can enjoy the sunrise, take a boat ride or swim from the dock.

Cabin on Flekkerøy with lovely views to Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, unobstructed outdoor area, fire pit and barbecue. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for kids with big lawns and small playground with 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny porch/terrace on both sides. Nice, big hiking areas. Both worked up footpaths and the surrounding island trails. There is also a facilitated coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to swimming area with beach, rocks and great fishing opportunities.

Close to water, quiet area with forest around. Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre, 10min to Golf Club, 15 min to Dyreparken and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama(Badeland) and it is about 1.5km from the sea(Justvik boat harbor). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cottage (open until 23:00 man-saturday).

The cabin has a large jetty on the down side of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest bathing temp in the sea/Norway (travelio) Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front but with a fence. Has parking space with main road to the cabin and with the cabin, somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with table and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV spoil. Built-in terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunkbeds 1 bedroom with double bed

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Cabin on island with sea view and good standard. There is good ceiling height in the living room/kitchen. The property is located in rural as well as seaside surroundings. The access is a few minutes via sea road (provided boat) and jetty with 200 m walk to the cabin. The island has several activities such as fishing, beach and jetty, tennis, football and frisbee golf course. Shop and restaurant just across the fjord. The property has good sunny conditions. Relax with your whole family or just a weekend with good friends.

The chicken coop

Relax with your family at the chicken coop. Unique small cabin between Lillesand and Dyreparken with a total of 6-7 beds! In 1965, the old chicken coop was converted to a rental cabin, hence the great name😊 The cabin is an annex, but although the houses are close, it is felt both private and peaceful. It is possible to get a bath on a private jetty, about 90 meters to the sea. Otherwise, the cabin has a garden spot and porch in the back. It takes 10-12 minutes to drive to Dyreparken, and 7 minutes to Lillesand.

We rent our homey little boathouse 😊 Walking distance to swimming areas, several great beaches, rocks, nice hiking areas and cultural monuments (200m - 1km). Proximity to shop (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum with, among other things, restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, spread over the main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer, as winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.
