Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

An absolutely perfect stay! The holiday home was lovingly and completely furnished down to the smallest detail – we lacked nothing. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very communicative and always quickly accessible. You felt immediately welcome. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful location: the view was simply breathtaking - whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening at sunset, a real highlight. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply set up for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. The two nights following our holiday in Italy brought us an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we were able to enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, as never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has enough space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in nice weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always received a quick and friendly response. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

We felt super comfortable. Top amenities😍😍😍! The outdoor pool and the wellness area were the icing on the cake. There was nothing missing. The area is great for activities, including hiking, cycling, swimming or rafting. We will definitely be coming back. We'd also like to come for skiing😍👍. Kind regards, Katja

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on holidays. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on holiday together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

We spent one night with six in Aster Häusl. After skiing, we first went to the wellness area, which we all enjoyed very much. The view from the infinity pool is truly impressive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent – freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious cheese, and fresh salmon were included. The staff were very accommodating throughout from the introduction to our cabin to checkout, and we felt completely comfortable. Definitely a recommendation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole's, especially the fantastic location! The house is beautiful and exceptional. Ideal for ski holidays. Middle station within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful experience , and the place was amazing , everything ... furniture, cleanliness, comfort, hospitality. The host (Sarah🌹) are very kind and respectful, they made sure your stay will be comfortable.

Great communication prior to our arrival. Very spacious and clean apartment with small supermarket next door and short walk to bars, restaurants and amenities in the town. Easy 10 minute walk with a four year old to the gondola. Ski lockers at the gondola station make things easy. Would return and recommend without hesitation. The apartment is on the second floor and has a spacious balcony and terrace, but anyone with significant accessibility issues might struggle.

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

Great, clean and lovingly furnished accommodation. The location is super central and yet it is quiet in the apartment. Very dog-loving. You also have your own parking space. We would come back :-)

Great and very clean place Extremely nice hostess who always has a tip ready. Location was great for us. Zell and Gerlos are within easy reach. Ski room and boot dryer available in the basement. Fully equipped kitchen. There was nothing missing. Anytime again!

We were 3 friendly couples and felt comfortable from the first moment. It is a magnificent accommodation, which is surpassed by the friendly hosts. Arrive and feel at home. Ulrike is one of the greatest hosts I have ever met She is kind, caring and always available. During our stay, our baby faced some health issues. Ulrike helped us out a lot in finding a doctor in the area, even called for us to book an appointment. She has been nothing but great during the whole stay Also, her partner made us feel special as he asked without meeting each other how the baby was going - showing how much they care about the people staying at their place The surroundings are great. Lovely apartment only 20 minutes drive from Krimml waterfalls. Peaceful despite the position by the road. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hoping to stay again!
