Nice little apartment with great views for max. 4 people in Schnifis. The village is located on the sunny slope of the Walgau in the Dreiklang hiking area, with a paragliding school in the village. Schnifis has a small grocery store, tennis, soccer, beach volleyball and children's playground and a natural lake. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the ski resorts in the Great Walser Valley, Damüls, Brandnertal, Montafon or Laterns. Day trips to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance are possible.

In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The hut is located at 1200 meters above sea level, in the Groß Walsertal, in Austria surrounded by hay meadows, in a fantastically beautiful secluded location. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

The Alpine town of Bludenz with its old town is within easy reach.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
