The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.

Enjoy a wonderful stay in our apartment. Relax in a cozy atmosphere or work with a view of the beautiful chestnut tree. Spend great evenings cooking or relax in the bathtub with a view of the starry sky. A bedroom with a double bed (1.40m) and a sofa bed (1.40m) as well as a sofa bed (1.30m) in the living room offer the opportunity to stay overnight for up to 5 people. To get to the apartment you can easily take the elevator ☺️

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the castle and is located in the historic center of Weimar. The apartment has a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen. The bathroom with bathtub and the large sun terrace invite you to linger and relax. Numerous restaurants and catering options are in the immediate vicinity. The entrance to the apartment is by key box. We are also happy to be there for you personally.

Old workshop at the Schlossberg

These rooms were formerly used as a carpentry and upholstery workshop, and now we offer you a vacation home with a lot of comfort and individual touch. In the entrance area you will find direct access to the shower room. In the kitchen with dining table, you can prepare a morning breakfast or a small meal. Especially cozy in the evening when the warm lantern light from Brandgasse falls through the windows.

Natural living with style

The apartment (58 m²) is centrally located and is on the 3rd floor of a listed house. It consists of a bedroom, separate living room, kitchen and bathroom. A small roof terrace is accessible to athletic guests via the bathroom window. The apartment is individually, stylishly and functionally furnished. Bicycles can be stored if necessary. Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are within a 5-minute walk.

Eagle's nest in Art Nouveau townhouse

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
