Apartment holiday rentals in Quartu Sant'Elena

We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. Gleybis (und Tochter Ely) sind hervorragende Gastgeber! Stets hilfreich und bemüht ein optimales Urlaubserlebnis zu vermitteln. Wir haben die Anlage und das Appartement sehr genossen. Es ist alles so vorzufinden wie beschrieben, alles funktionsfähig und sehr sauber. Check-In und notwendige Informationen wurden professionell abgewickelt. Es bleiben keine Fragen offen bzw. werden umgehend nach Kontaktaufnahme geklärt. Beim Check-out war Gleybis sehr zuvorkommend und wir konnten noch 2 Std. später auschecken. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit im COOP ca. 350 m entfernt ist gut und ausreichend. Ein paar Punkte weniger gibt es wegen der Lage: sehr weit außerhalb von Quartu Sant`Elena, ohne eine dauerhafte PKW-Nutzung daher nicht zu empfehlen. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist ca. 900 m entfernt und nicht der Schönste, den Sardinien zu bieten hat. Poetto-Strand (Richtung Cagliari) war uns zu überfüllt. Die Strände/Buchten Richtung Villasimius sind dafür empfehlenswert und nach ca. 20 min Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Insgesamt wiegt die tolle Gartenanlage mit dem hervorragenden Pool und der Außenküche, der guten Beschattung und die großzügigen Sitzgelegenheiten alle Abstriche auf! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, empfehlenswerten Urlaub auf Sardinien - Danke Gleybis!

My husband and I stayed at Elana's place for just 3 nights, but could easily have stayed a month. It was clean and well-equipped; Elena and Gerald have literally thought of everything. The apartment is about half a block from Piazza Yenne, so close to the action, but surprisingly quiet (especially at night). Lots of great options for dining close by. Elena provided lots of great tips for things to do and places to eat. If you get a chance, try ChiaroScuro di Marina Ravarotto for dinner. I would recommend this lovely apartment without hesitation.

Sono stato benissimo e la casa era accogliente, purtroppo però ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda e non è stato risolto fino all’ultimo. Comunicazione efficiente.

Ubytovanie malú pre nás skvelú polohu. Bolo v tichej lokalite. Obchody boli v pešej vzdialenosti aj pláž. Parkovanie v garáži alebo na ulici veľmi jednoduché. Kuchyňa výborne vybavená, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali. Majiteľ nám všetko vysvetlil a dal veľa typov na výlety a reštaurácie. Centrum mesta veľmi jednoducho dostupné aj MHD. Zastávka autobusu pešo 7 min. Pacilo sa mi ako separujú odpad. Cítili sme sa bezpečne a príjemne.

Було неймовірно комфортно у всіх відносинах.Хазяїн надзвичайно турботливий та інтелігентний. Чудове ,стильне помешкання з усім необхідним . Вразила турбота та щирість Джованні .В аэропорту зустрів( літак прибув вночі),заніс наші валізи .Неймовірно приємний сюрприз-традиційні солодощі нас чекали на кухні. Потрібна була праска для одягу на конференцію -за пів години вже була у нас .Арартаменти розташовані зручно,можно було дістатися з цього місця скрізь ,куди нам було треба. Рекомендації кав'ярень та ресторвнів , торгових центрів та визначних місць дуже були доречні. Така увага та комфорт ,який створив Джованні ,ще більше придало приємних ,навіть чарівних вражень відь Кальярі. Ми дуже задоволені і хочеться повернутися сюди знову .

We were two and enjoyed an excellent stay. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Mauro, the host, was very reactive, kind and friendly. We could easily visit Cagliari from where the apartment is situated. For example, the bus to the beach is nearby, the train to the airport is nearby (5 minutes to the airport!). Whenever we needed to buy products such as milk, washing gel for the washing machine, fruits etc, it was easy - there are several small convenient stores in the street. We did not use the convertable couch as we were only two - For two, the appartent was perfect. For 4 it will obviously be more constraining. I highly recommend this appartment.

Super séjour en famille avec 2 enfants, dans un appartement alliant l’ancien, bâtisse historique, avec de belles hauteurs sous plafond et le moderne. Il est idéalement situé et permet de faire beaucoup de visites à pied, proche commerces, restaurants, musées, site incontournable qu’offre la ville et a 5 min à pied de la gare. Seul point négatif notre voyage était trop court, nous allons être contraints de revenir 😉

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Empfehlungen für die besten Strände in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation über airbnb verlief reibungslos mit super schnellen Rückmeldungen. Besonders schätzten wir die kostenlosen Fahrräder und den Sonnenschirm, die uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurden – so konnten wir den Strand, der nur 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt ist, bestens genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der reservierte Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war ein Pluspunkt. Zudem wurde uns ein früherer Check-in gratis ermöglicht, was unseren Anreisetag noch entspannter machte. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das recht harte Bett, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hat unseren Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Wenn man die Umgebung weiter erkunden möchte, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, da zum Beispiel die Busfahrt (Linie PF,PQ) nach Cagliari etwa eine Stunde dauert. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Super saubere Wohnung, liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet/ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Wohnung (Nachbarschaft). Schöne große Terrasse, tolle Wohnküche. Privater Parkplatz ist sehr vorteilhaft. Tolle Gegend, alles teilweise fußläufig erreichbar. Mietwagen ist sinnvoll! Cristina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar. Sie hat uns trotz später Ankunftszeit an der Unterkunft empfangen, alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir empfehlen Cristinas Wohnung weiter. Danke!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem und angenehm. Antonella war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dankeschön

Die Unterkunft war sauber das ist schon mal sehr gut . Espresso Maschine mit Kaffe war auch sehr lobenswert . Vermisst habe ich einen Spiegel oben im ankleide Bereich wäre wirklich sinnvoll . Man kann leider nicht mit dem Auto rein fahren, unpraktisch bei etwas mehr Gepäck ,da sich die Wohnung im Verkehrs beruhigten Bereich (ZTL) befindet . Die Wohnung ist geräumig schön eingerichtet, Badezimmer Top Föhn vorhanden , Danke 👍. die Lage an sich bietet Restaurant , bar s und in 5 min ist man im Zentrum. Alles in einem Top Lage für eine City Trip durch das wunderschöne Cagliari . Parken ist auf der Hauptstraße möglich . Blau zum bezahlen Weiß kostenlos parken . I have stayed around the world and this place is number one in terms of how well it is equipped inside. Kitchen has top appliances and wonderful equipment for cooking and eating. The living room is stunning with a big table and big TV. Bedrooms are beautifully designed and kept. This was the most comfortable bed ever. The place was super clean and the host was absolutely amazing. Overall an incredible house to stay at and enjoy the wonderful city and the beaches nearby.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Schöne Wohnung für einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in Sardinien. Die Bilder sagen alles... Taty und Luca sind gut erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, die Nähe zu Cagliari ist eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum beach life in der Umgebung. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ;-))

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war wirklich etwas besonderes! Es sieht noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und ist super gut gepflegt. Zu Fuß kann man so ziemlich alles erreichen, was man in Cagliari sehen möchte. Restaurants und Einkaufsstraße ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand gelangt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation war super nett und flexibel. Einzig der Duft innerhalb des Wohnraumes ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vielleicht etwas zu viel Raumduftmittel. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig vor Ort, aber mit Geduld findet man immer etwas. :)

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.
