Beachfront holiday rental in Quartu Sant'Elena

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Although Simona wasn't able to meet with us, she was proactive and made sure to regularly check in, in case we needed anything. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, including fresh fruit from their garden and bread which was delightful. Only thing I would say is the shower situation isn't great, but Simona has said they are working to change it soon - The tub is high if you have mobility issues. Other than the odd shower situation it was fantastic and functional, the garden is also gorgeous!

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

Cristina's house and garden are very well maintained. The dogs are very well behaved and have made the children happy. There are lovely beaches nearby. Best to have a car to make it easier to get around the beach.

Marco’s accommodation is amazing! It is located steps from the beach and plenty of local bars. You are also a short bus ride away from Cagliari city center. This is the perfect place to stay in Sardinia.

A superb one bedroom flat nearby the longest beach in Cagliari. I have enjoyed my stay at Livio's flat and wish to return. Overall, Sardinia is one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and safest places in the world, with wonderful, decent, and friendly people.

It's hard to find the right words to describe the breathtaking atmosphere you experience in this incredible place. Every hour of the day offers different colours and sensations. The property is wonderful and well cared for in every respect: the garden is full of different plants and flowers, the sea view is unparalleled, the BBQ is exciting, the apartment is very clean, perfect and equipped with every comfort, it is like being at home... but in a beautiful and unique place. Peace is total, it is the exact place to be able to disconnect and enjoy a few days of total relaxation. The beaches in the surrounding area are all incredible and easily accessible. Do you have a dog? This accommodation is perfect for you! The main advantage, however, is another: Alessandra and Maurizio were two available, caring and kind hosts: it was a pleasure to meet them. We look forward to coming back!

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

What an amazing, amazing stay. The location, next to a gorgeous beach and just 10 min from Villasimius, is perfect. Great swimming pool and soccer pitch for the kids. Andrea is a perfect host -- always available, never intrusive -- and the home itself is gigantic, well appointed, and very, very unique and charming. Thank you, Andrea!! We will be back!!

Beautiful house steps away from the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Unbelivible view on pool and sea, great nature and surroundings, table tennis for kids, close to some of the best sandy beaches and overall perfect stay!

This was a fabulous Airbnb experience, and Cristina was an excellent host! The space is gorgeous, with a beautiful outdoor garden that is immaculate and private and the hot tub is very clean and relaxing. We loved the house, the two bedrooms were very well air-conditioned, and it felt safe and private. The location is just about 20 minutes from Cagliari, and about 50 minutes from the beaches of Villasimius (Delfino Beach Club at Porto Giuncu was amaaaaazing which Cristina recommended), and Cristina recommend Mare Pintau for a closer beach option. Cristina gave wonderful restaurant and beach recommendations, and we couldn’t recommend this stay more!

The property is in a great location, convenient for small trips or for medium-long distance excursions. Nearby there are all the essential services. Clean, tidy and welcoming contains everything you need to spend a stay. Host Francesca was helpful and valuable in suggesting places to visit, places to frequent. Recommended in high as in mid-season.

We loved our stay near Il Poetto at Gigliola’s place. This was the perfect spot for us to get some beach time during our honeymoon. Gigliola was communicative and friendly as our host. We would happily stay here again!

Our stay was perfect for our family, including our two young sons (1 and 3) and my parents. The service was outstanding. The house itself was incredible: clean, well-appointed, and in an amazing location with a stunning view. A car is highly recommended for anyone staying here. We can't recommend this villa enough!
