Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

Super comfortable apartment. Wonderful shower. It has all the necessary items. We were greeted with great affection by Maurizio's parents. Location is excellent for going to Poetto Beach. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. Simply perfect!

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

That was one of those “once-in-a-lifetime” vacations and it all started with Marcella’s amazing place. I know the photos look exquisite but not that much—it’s even better in person! If you’re after a top-notch modern condo in Southern Sardegna with an exceptionally responsive host, Marcella’s place is the one. Highly recommended!

Nicola was very kind and always available to respond promptly to our needs. The accommodation perfectly reflects the description and the location is optimal as a compromise between the proximity to the sea and the possibility of taking a tour of the beautiful city of Cagliari and its surroundings. A pleasant experience that we highly recommend.

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

I've never found a home on Airbnb that's so clean and organised. Perfect bathroom. There is literally everything you could need, I even found jams, honey and coffee for breakfast plus a much appreciated snack. Maria Letizia was very helpful, especially because I had to check out at 6.30 in the morning and she didn't make me feel bad about it at all. Convenient location, there are parking lots, the bus is very close and it takes 30 minutes to get to the station. Highly recommended.

Everything was really nice and comfortable and exceeded our expectations! The space is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, put together with care and love. Features like heated floors, smart lighting, towel hooks, a modern door system etc made our stay incredibly comfortable. The apartment is freshly renovated in a modern stylish way. Very clean and filled with sunlight in the morning. There are also personal touches – paintings, furniture – that make it feel cozy and special. After walking in the city or by the sea, it was so nice to come back and relax. The bed is very comfortable. At night it was quiet, so we slept with the windows open. Carlo is a wonderful host – very friendly, kind, and helpful. He gave us great tips about Cagliari and shared a very useful guide for the apartment and the city. The location is great – just next to the main pedestrian street with restaurants and shops. We really recommend this apartment. We enjoyed everything!

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Enrico's apartment. We cannot say enough great things about how kind, helpful, and proactive they were in ensuring our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area was walkable with cafes, restaurants and key sites located nearby. Even with that said it provided a quiet oasis being just off some of the main streets and piazzas. They even provided separate towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our beach visits. Everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough to recommend this apartment.

The location is fantastic in front of the bus line 10 that leaves you in two stops at the points of interest, fifteen minutes walk from the train station. The only thing I missed was a microwave but it is not essential, much better than the photos and Francesco is very kind and gives you very good advice

We had a wonderful time in Cagliari. Alessandro’s place was perfect for 2, charming furniture, peaceful, great air conditioning. He responded quickly to messages, helping us find a supermarket locally. We found several gorgeous restaurants, all within walking distance. Excellent all around, highly recommended. One of those places that doesn’t just offer accommodation, but creates memories. Everything was flawless – cleanliness, comfort, location, the hosts… but what truly sets it apart is the energy. You feel at home, yet completely pampered. We’re definitely coming back!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

We had a great stay over here. Rita is a great host and very flexible. We only have one recommendation about the airconditioning; in hot periods it would be nice to have one in each room or at least a fan. Furthermore, everything was great!

The listing is exactly as described in the listing. Everything in perfect condition. The apartment is in a private and secure set with a pool. The hosts are very thoughtful, on our arrival there was at the center table a tray of Sardinian sweets, in the bathroom a kit of shower gel, shampoo and body cream, liquid soap in the sink. Communication was very easy and fast.

Lovely stay, beatiful location. Quite rural but nearby there's jaw dropping views, beatiful beaches and a few restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was very good, as described. I paid a cleaning fee of €14. For this, the room and the apartment were very clean :) .

Unbelivible view on pool and sea, great nature and surroundings, table tennis for kids, close to some of the best sandy beaches and overall perfect stay!

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts with extreme kindness . They are always there to help or to show us beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is excellent with its magnificent modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to evening. The room with the bathroom we had rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, sweet savory, fruit, etc., I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I would still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We were a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we did not test. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because South Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)

We spent 2 absolutely perfect weeks at Monica and Claudio's villa. They are very welcoming, and very available hosts. The house with its pool was well located close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Their car was helpful for excursions to Cagliari, Pulla, Villasimus, the beaches of Chia, Oristabo and Barumini. It was perfect.
