We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. This place is amazing! It’s a hidden gem and offers all the comforts of home. The outdoor and indoor seating areas are charming, and the bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable. The pool was nice to come back to after a long day, and our host was very sweet and accommodating

My husband and I stayed at Elana's place for just 3 nights, but could easily have stayed a month. It was clean and well-equipped; Elena and Gerald have literally thought of everything. The apartment is about half a block from Piazza Yenne, so close to the action, but surprisingly quiet (especially at night). Lots of great options for dining close by. Elena provided lots of great tips for things to do and places to eat. If you get a chance, try ChiaroScuro di Marina Ravarotto for dinner. I would recommend this lovely apartment without hesitation.

I had a great time and the house was cozy, but unfortunately I had problems with the hot water and it was not resolved until the last. Efficient communication.

Our stay at Maurizio’s was great. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking. The location was great, about 20 minutes from Cagliari, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but perfect driving distance. Beaches were close, recommend renting a car if you visit as there are more beautiful beaches 45-1hr away that are worth the drive. Thanks for the stay!

It was incredibly comfortable in all respects. The host is extremely caring and intelligent. Great ,stylish space with everything you need . I was struck by the care and sincerity of Giovanni. In the airport I met(the plane arrived at night),brought our suitcases. An unusually pleasant surprise-traditional sweets were waiting for us in the kitchen. We needed an iron for clothes for a conference - for half an hour we already had. Arartements are conveniently located,you could get from this place everywhere we needed. Recommendations of coffee shops and shops , malls and sightseeing places were very appropriate. The attention and comfort that Giovanni created even more gave the pleasant ,even magical experiences of the witches of Cagliari. We are very satisfied and want to come back again .

We were two and enjoyed an excellent stay. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Mauro, the host, was very reactive, kind and friendly. We could easily visit Cagliari from where the apartment is situated. For example, the bus to the beach is nearby, the train to the airport is nearby (5 minutes to the airport!). Whenever we needed to buy products such as milk, washing gel for the washing machine, fruits etc, it was easy - there are several small convenient stores in the street. We did not use the convertable couch as we were only two - For two, the appartent was perfect. For 4 it will obviously be more constraining. I highly recommend this appartment.

Great family stay with 2 children, in an apartment combining the old, historic building, with beautiful ceiling heights and the modern. It is ideally located and allows you to do a lot of walking tours, close to shops, restaurants, museums, a must-see site that the city offers and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Only negative point our trip was too short, we will be forced to come back 😉

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

Sara is amazing host, very helpful, quick response, friendly. Amazing apartment, clean and beautiful. Walk to the beach around 20 min, or you can take a bus for 2 stops. Supermarkets are close by. A bit noisy road near, but didn’t bother when window is closed 😊

Super clean apartment, lovingly and functionally furnished/equipped. Very quiet apartment (neighborhood). Nice big terrace, great kitchen-living room. Private parking is very advantageous. Great area, everything partly within walking distance. Rental car makes sense! Cristina is very nice and helpful and immediately accessible. She welcomed us to the property despite our late arrival time, explained and showed us everything. We recommend Cristina's apartment. Thanks!

The place was clean, which is very good . Espresso machine with coffee was also very commendable . I missed a mirror upstairs in the dressing area would really make sense . Unfortunately, you can't drive in by car, inconvenient with a little more luggage ,as the apartment is located in the traffic calmed area (ZTL). The apartment is spaciously nicely furnished, bathroom top hair dryer available , thank you👍. The location itself offers restaurant , bars and in 5 minutes you are in the center. All in a top location for a city trip through beautiful Cagliari . Parking is possible on the main street. Blue to pay White parking for free. Thank you for the lovely stay .

I have stayed around the world and this place is number one in terms of how well it is equipped inside. Kitchen has top appliances and wonderful equipment for cooking and eating. The living room is stunning with a big table and big TV. Bedrooms are beautifully designed and kept. This was the most comfortable bed ever. The place was super clean and the host was absolutely amazing. Overall an incredible house to stay at and enjoy the wonderful city and the beaches nearby.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The stay in the apartment was really something special! It looks even more beautiful than in the photos and is super well maintained. On foot you can reach pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the scent inside the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room fragrance. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but with patience you always find something. :)

A modern, very nice apartment with a spacious terrace with a great view. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. We didn't miss anything. One of the best places we've stayed. I absolutely recommend it.

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.
