Monthly Rentals in Punta Gorda

Chris is a wonderful, responsive host who seems to really care about the experience that his guests have. The place has plenty of linens- towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen has plenty of glasses, silverware, etc. The park where the home is located is very well kept. The people are nice, polite, and friendly. There were plenty of activities offered- bingo, music, a pancake breakfast, a poker run, food trucks, and more. The location is convenient to Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, and Fort Meyers.

Our trip was necessary due to family medical issues so it was important to us to have a place that we could decompress at the end of each day and have privacy. We were so pleasantly surprised at how perfect Ileana's home was for us. It was our first experience with Airbnb and cannot say enough positive things about our stay.. The property is super clean, stylish, close to Fishermans Village shops and restaurants, has all the amentities we needed. Ileana was so responsive and welcoming. The little extras like the " In case you forgot basket" is such a sweet extra that shows how much our host wants us to have a wonderful stay.. The pool area overlooking the canal was our favorite place to start our day as the sun was coming up. We ended each day watching the sunset from a local beach and then went back to the comfort of the Airbnb and super soft king size bed to rest our head. We will definitely book another stay!

Place was as advertised, Olga was easy to deal with and answered our questions quickly. Would stay again.
