Fish off your private dock. Fishing poles and a bait bucket is supplied with the house. The bait store is a 3 minute drive. We have caught snook, sheep head, snapper and even small tarpons right off the dock. Charlotte Harbor is a 15 minute boat ride. Boca Grand is a 45 min boat ride. You can get to Shopping and Dining down town in just a few minutes. On the weekends go to the Farmers market. The house is very well stocked for the days you just want to stay in.
