We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

Lisa was an amazing host! Her home was cozy, clean and stocked! Lisa went above with the personal touch of a pool gate which gave us some peace of mind with our 1-1/2 yr old son! Thanks for everything 😊

This home was BEAUTIFUL. Our kiddos had the best time with the pool, putt putt, and bowling. The home was very spacious and inviting for our family that came to visit. Perfect vacation home and close to many fun things and great restaurants. The garden/patio areas was my favorite, such beautiful flowers and many places to sit. At night everything lights up and it is just so peaceful to sit and enjoy. The host was amazing with communication and even shipped home my son’s meaningful toy he left behind. I highly recommend anyone to book this home for a vacation that will be unforgettable.

Wonderful stay! My family loved the amenities for this home. The pool area was nice and private! The bathroom out in the pool area was super nice and very convenient. The grill was very clean and we used it a few evenings. We would stay here again. The home was clean and inviting.

Danielle was a fantastic host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful home. The layout was perfect for our family, beds were very comfortable, house was spotless, and having three full-sized bathrooms made everything so convenient. We spent most of our time relaxing by the screened in pool and really appreciated being able to sit outside comfortably in the evenings without worrying about bugs. We would absolutely rent from her again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as expected with location, photos/descriptions, and accommodations. Our weather was not ideal and the hosts went above and beyond to give ideas/recommendations for family friendly, crappy weather activities. Our son came down with a nasty double ear infection and I felt comfortable enough asking them for urgent care recommendations and they delivered, quickly and seamlessly. We all felt at home and all expectations were met above and beyond. Awesome house, amazing hosts, quiet and friendly neighborhood, all 5 stars!!

Messina Paradise was wonderful. House had everything we needed for three couples. Location was perfect for walking and biking and very close to restaurants. Shelly took care of all of our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time and hope to spend time at this location again. Our time there went much too quickly.

Great stay. We love all the gulf canal neighborhoods and this one was no different! Great area. Not as busy as others we have been to, that is a plus for us. Good restaurants within just a couple minute drive, walk or bike ride. The house was great. Laid out well, comfortable and has pretty much everything you could need. We spent 90% of our time outside and really enjoyed the pool and fishing off the plentiful dock space. Overall, we’d be thrilled to stay here again and are thankful to have had a great few days in Punta Gorda and at this great home! Thank you Thais for sharing your home with us.

The place was great!! Brent was super helpful, responsive and very kind. Me and my friends had a great and very comfortable stay. It’s close to very nice places and would definitely come back!

We did not spend a lot of time at the cottage but very comfy. Kitchen was exceptional! Found iron but could not locate ironing board. This is just me but I require copious and specific instructions on how to use TV remotes/ Roku, etc

This was a beautiful home to stay in and felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here. It is worth the price. Will stay again if I’m in the area!

Mike and Beata are wonderful hosts . They were friendly and quick to answer any questions or needs . You can tell they really care . The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything and more you would need . It is very clean and comfortable . We hope to be back ! It was a lovely and peaceful getaway.

Area was peaceful with short drives to wonderfully recommended places. The place was homey and relaxing. The pool was an awesome bonus. Very easy check in and host was very responsive!

We really liked the backyard area. The pool was great. We liked the cover that went over the pool to keep the pool warm. Kept the water about 10 degrees warmer. The beds could be more comfortable but the pillows were good. The place was very cute and charming. Would definitely stay here again!

Host was great to work with, very responsive!. House was clean, near grocery, restaurants and some shopping. Loved the backyard pool, very relaxing and quiet!

David’s home was just what we need it. Nice comfy home with a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home, responsive host, the pool was our favorite. We used it everyday. Only negative is that it isn’t very private, neighbors are fairly close and you can see in their lanai as well as ours. But all in all the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and has grocery stores right around the corner. Would recommend visiting Venice beach for shelling/shark tooth finding and siesta key beach for white soft sand!

What a cute little place! Host was very helpful And gave us an early check in due to one of the bedroom lights not working. very responsive when I asked questions. I definitely would rent here again if Family came to town and I needed space for overflow.!!!!
