Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).

The villa has a heated saltwater pool - electrolysis, salt water treatment without adding chlorine and a hydromassage tub.

Modern and fully renovated and upgraded holiday home from April 2024. Fit for up to four people. One bedroom, one bathroom house with spacious kitchen and living room. Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
