The house is located in Štinjan, only 5 km from the city of Pula and a little less than 2 km from the beach Hidrobaza. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a kitchen. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with sun loungers as well as two terraces. In front of the house there is a parking lot for several vehicles. The house is located in a populated area and parties are not allowed, it is necessary to adhere to the house rules (loud music as well as loud talking and shouting are not allowed).
