Cottage holiday rentals in Pula

Beautiful, very quietly located cottage. The very large property is completely fenced, which was great for our dog. It was all very clean. On request, we were even provided with three bikes. We felt very comfortable.

It was such a beautiful setting to be among the vineyards and my son loved visiting the farms birds and jumping on the trampoline. The accommodations were beautiful and the hosts were so lovely very welcoming and gave excellent recommendations about the local sites. We had their wine and their farm fresh breakfast we highly recommend it ! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again one day.

Paola’s place is amazing, personally I don’t think the photos do it justice. There are so many pluses but the outdoor space including the bbq and the pool are a real highlight. The pool is a wonderful size and maintained during our stay. Next to the bbq is an outdoor kitchen area with sink and two hobs. There is also a coffee machine which makes great coffee. All the bedrooms are a great size with fantastic bathrooms. To suit more families they may wish to split the one bedroom into two singles but this wasn’t an issue for us having three doubles. There is also a fantastic sofa bed in the lounge but we didn’t use this. The kitchen has everything you need and Paola and her family were only a message away if you ever needed anything. The owners also run a coffee shop in Rovinj which is lovely and well worth a visit. All in all a fantastic family holiday and I hope to return!

Everything worked out super well. Unfortunately, we only imagined the garden a little (much) bigger, or the fenced garden is actually just the house entrance, so everything is paved there. That doesn't fit so well with dog... so unfortunately not as described, but otherwise everything worked out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Haus Franina! The place was clean, modern and equipped with everything we needed. The whirlpool in particular was a highlight and provided real relaxation. The owner was very friendly and always responded quickly to our questions. Check-in and check-out also went smoothly. The small village of Belavici is quiet and ideal for switching off - there is not much hustle and bustle, but that is exactly what we liked. For excursions or shopping, you can quickly reach the next largest towns by car. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The stay was very very pleasant !! The sea can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. There is a small selection between 4-6 different beaches. The city, shopping and tank options are just as far away and in the same direction. The garden and house was very nice. We enjoyed the pool very much and did his work with a cooling down. The owner lives in the house next door and is very warm and m o'clock. Two small surprises expected and gifted 2 times with tomatoes. The place is clean and you just feel at home :-) Toop!!

The cottage, very quiet location, was fantastic. Beautifully romantically furnished with a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom. Everything we needed was present and the jacuzzi was great too 😁 We did not meet the hostess in person, but communication went very smoothly via wattsapp. If there were any problems, we could go to the super sweet neighbor Elvira. This is definitely a stay to return to.

Danijela and her son are extremely kind and helpful. As I don’t have a car, they drove me on two mornings to town centre. The cottage is cosy , homely and personal with a lovely garden. I slept very well because of the fresh air and tranquility.

Katarina is the perfect host! She always responded very quickly and gave us a lot of very good recommendations for the region. My husband and I wanted a quiet and sunny hideaway during the grey and cold German winter and got what we were looking for: a very nice and cosy cottage with a beautiful garden with olive trees and lots of sun including beautiful sunsets in front of the cottage. There was enough firewood to warm up the cottage inside and make it even more cosy. We walked through the surrounding nature with our dog and made little day trips to the ocean and the surrounding cities. The food and wines in and around the nearby village Buje are delicious and we enjoyed a lot of good food with fresh fish and truffle. We absolutely recommend this place.

The apartment is very special due to the maritime design and the location of the associated terrace with the incredibly great view! There are a thousand details to discover in the apartment and the whole property. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back if we are in the area again. Neven and his wife are super friendly and the dinner (fresh fish) on the private terrace was terrific! The kitchen is well equipped and it is more the feeling as if you were living in a lively and thus lovingly and fully equipped apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Jana's place. The house is in a quiet zone in the countryside, so the kids could enjoy watching the village animals. There is a fenced private backyard with gas grill and jacuzzi available. The house is very neat and clean, everything is newly furnished and equipped. Sorry we didn't have time to stay longer.

Morena and Mirza are the most wonderful people I have encountered in a very long time. They took care of us and our dogs as if we were their own children. In the morning we were greeted by pancakes, fritters, pies... All the things they didn't have to and are not obligated to offer them was gusto. Wonderful people, beautiful place to stay - we couldn't have chosen better. I can't wait for a new arrival 🥰

Fantastic location if you want to enjoy peace and a breathtaking view! The pool and outdoor area are absolutely amazing. The house in it or the furniture has come to an end, but did not bother us since we always spent the whole day by the pool! Kitchen and bathroom are newly made and everything was clean! We felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back! Be sure to take remedies against mosquitoes and small flies, as the house is in the middle of nature, they like to come and visit a lot!

It was a dream weekend! It's a magical place where you can recharge your batteries! The house is very comfortable and nice, but the added value is the surrounding garden from which you can enjoy the sea view! the house is a stone's throw from the beach (free and with white stones) Nearby is the village of Fazana and a long walk along the sea that leads from Peroj to Fazana! we will definitely come back to visit you :-)

Everything was very nice. Very nice apartment with an even nicer terrace. The surroundings, such as the nearest beach, are also very good. However, it takes a very long time to get to the sea on foot (about 15 minutes)

coming home after a long day at the beach or a hike was always a great, relaxing treat. Our dog loved the large garden around the house. Anja is a kind and always helpful host who has carefully equipped the house with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

Great house with everything you might need. The garden is nice and peaceful. There are bikes that the quests can use, which is a great way to get to the beach. The host is responsive and very nice. Would come here again!

Everything was perfect. Very silent place. Very nice owner who gave us lots of information and tips for trips in the area.

The place was great. As described, everything was clean and everything worked. The outside kitchen is awesome, wood and coal was available. The house is very nice, the garden as well. Highly recommended. Small drawback: mosquitoes, the pool is very fresh and the road is not too far away and you can hear the traffic. But it's really within the scope.

We had some trouble finding the apartment at the beginning. 😅 But Kristijan was super accessible and a house around the corner is not visible from the street even with turquoise shutters. 😅 The property is very originally located in the hinterland of Croatia. It offers plenty of space to romp and play for children. A spacious meadow, other children and the dogs invite you to play. It was just incredibly hot in August. Small and large supermarkets can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes. Pazin with zip line and cave is right around the corner. A fishing pond as well. It takes 35 - 60 minutes to all the stalls of Istria. For this you get a place where you can really slow down! It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Due to the natural stone and the location, but not completely small animal-free. 🕸️ In the kitchen there is even air conditioning and the shutters make darker but also less warm in the bedroom. Finally: We had a good time!

Staying at Mirjana's cottage is fantastic. A private house near the coast and beautiful in the greenery. You can enjoy barbecue and eat outside. The garden, the cottage and the decor make you feel like you are at home, but in Croatia. Couldn't get any better! Communication with Mirjana is smooth and pleasant and we have experienced it as very well in its entirety. We will definitely come back!

Very beautiful place with a lot of privacy and incredible space to relax and have a good time. Two times within the week we ran out of electricity (solar) and had to cut off the washing machine and the pool pump. After that the electricity was sufficient. Samir and Nicole were very helpful if we had any problems or questions and were very responsive. Be aware that the next real store is in Rovinj itself. There is a nice beach within 15-20 mins walk with two bars with some small food offering. There are bikes in the house to use. However, the kitchen is well equipped and there is not much of a need to go out. All in all very nice house and can definitely recommend it!
