Very well located, close to the Charruyer park to walk or run, the Place de Verdun for buses, 5 minutes' walk from the old city, the market, the Concurrence beach and the port. Located in the Beauregard district 5min by bike from the old port or 15min walk (also possibility by bus with a stop at the end of the street), this small cocoon studio is quiet in a cul-de-sac where you can park for free. The studio is attached to our house which will not be occupied and not accessible by guests. Amenities are close by (crossroads market, organic boulangerie, tobacco bar, etc...).
