We had a great Pentecost weekend, the accommodation is very nice and quiet. The sun was out, we were able to enjoy the pool. About 10 minutes from La Rochelle, by car. i would recommend this place

We stayed here as a family (3 year old and 4 month baby)- everything you could need. Very clean, top appliances and facilities. Great coffee machine and cold filtered water with ice from machine (fridge). Supermarket, bakery and restaurant a 10 minute walk (if that?). Very quiet area. 15 mins to La Rochelle by car. The host was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. Felt very at home, the kitchen incredibly well equipped and great bbq. Lovely outdoor space with plenty of shade if you need it. Sunbeds very comfortable. Although no air con the villa has plug in fans should you need it. Very modern villa with electric shutters in every room keeping it generally cool. Would highly recommend!!

Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

We had a great weekend for an EVJF. Everything was perfect! Aurelie is a quality host! Very attentive, responsive and welcoming! The house and I will even say the complex is a gem!! She was unanimous! Thank you so much Aurélie for offering this little gem! We'll be back for sure!!!!

Impeccable stay, super well hosted, I would highly recommend it, great bedding as well as linens, and ideal for leaving with a baby, everything is provided on site. As well as access to the pool when you want is really a plus ☺️ Thanks for the weekend

We had a pleasant stay in Magalie and Jean's house. The house is beautiful and well furnished, the beds are good quality. Walking distance to the center. It was a real plus to be greeted in person, to receive advice for excursions and even the dog was given a little attention on our arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, the private garden with plancha is perfect for feeling like you're on holiday.

Brilliant family holiday, accommodation was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and description. Marina who completes the check-in/checkout is great and very helpful. Will hopefully be back.

Very pleasant stay! The accommodation is faithful to the description and ideally located in the center of Houmeau, while being quiet. Shops, restaurants, and beach are all within walking distance.

The stay went very well, the house is ideally located in the city centre and allows you to do a lot on foot. The house is impeccable and very functional, with a barbecue and a small courtyard. The host was very welcoming and flexible with departure times. Just a small downside on the bed and house linen that is not included, for 3 or 4 beds it is not very practical and it adds a certain cost to the rental. I would recommend this house!

We had a perfect week in Laëtitia's accommodation, nothing is missing and the decoration is great, you immediately feel at home. The cleanliness is impeccable, the ideal location to discover the region by bike, with numerous trails and bike paths nearby. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors in an intimate setting and with nice garden furniture. We highly recommend this place for its excellent value for money and the very good communication with the host.

Modern and attractive house. After a day away, we were happy to come home. Just sitting in the patio for a while. Beautiful bike rides nearby. Rochelle nearby is a very beautiful city. Beautiful beaches at Chatelallion-plage. Visited islands. Have a nice holiday!

It was a very well-equipped cottage with all the amenities we needed. Also nice that there was a good parking space for both car and bicycles. Other than that, great communication.
