New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

This beautiful apartment, very quiet and pleasant, was completely renovated and tastefully decorated in January 2023 located a 10-minute walk from the historic center of La Rochelle, the accommodation consists of two bright rooms and a private patio. Come spend a few days in our dependance. New home, well equipped. Large living room with ceiling height and exposed beams. Parking is available in front of our house on the street. We are located 4km from the center of the rock and 800 meters from a shopping area. towels sheets and towels for 5 euros for a bed 10 euros for 2 beds. I'll make you your bed for your arrival. For baby : Umbrella bed, pot, highchair, stroller available if necessary.
