Holiday rentals with a balcony in Puget Sound

Awesome space. Quiet. Private. Clean. Great kitchen. Close to everything in South Lake Union. The bed was a little soft, but that’s very subjective. Loved the Kiehl’s soaps and lotions, all the kitchen spices, and the tea kettle.

My daughters and I truly enjoyed our stay in Seattle, and staying at Emma's place very much contributed to our enjoyable trip! She was so responsive throughout the booking and trip planning process, and was incredibly flexible with our checkout process. The condo was comfortable, in a great location for walking to various activities, and close to many restaurants. Emma was a great host - would definitely stay at a property of hers again in the future when I'm in the area again.

Beautiful studio with modern appliances and a big shower. Heated floors for the bath areas were a nice feature. The area is a quiet residential neighborhood with gorgeous views of the sound. Carol was also great at responding to any questions!

This Airbnb was a peaceful and luxurious retreat! Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the abundance of plush towels to the fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, which is a rare treat (I’ve found) in Airbnb rentals. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. I also loved stepping onto the deck for fresh air and taking in the beautiful view. The soothing sound of the rain made the experience even more relaxing given how many windows there are and how much beautiful natural light the place has. The location is ideal—tucked away and private, yet still close to the freeway and downtown Kirkland, making it easy to get around while enjoying a quiet, safe haven. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-end, thoughtfully appointed, tranquil place to rest and stay!

I visit Seattle a few times a year, not always with Family. This was by far the most spacious and comfortable home for our Family. We were able to have a family dinner & game night. Also, the family had enough space to individually spread out to handle their own personal business (i.e. homework for our students, work for remote business, full workout) while not having to disturb eachother. Line is incredible with her immediate responses. Be ready for a great experience. Line offers amenities that are not listed. So if you may have forgotten some necessary items, ask first or check the property... she most likely already has it for you. Thank you Line from Our Family

Overall, I would recommend staying at Top Floor Water View Oasis. We encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host team responded quickly and I think did their best to resolve them. Pros: -As others have mentioned, the view is spectacular—we spent a lot of time enjoying the water views from the balcony. -We were in town for a concert at Climate Pledge Arena and the location was incredibly convenient. If you're attending an event there, this condo is perfect. -Our family (two adults and two teenagers) stayed for two nights and found the space comfortable. The condo is exactly as described in the listing and worked well for us since we were out and about most of the time. -Self-check-in was seamless, and building access was easy.

This is a great apartment in a great neighborhood -- it is slightly removed from the hubbub of the busier parts of Lake Union, but in a matter of minutes one can be on the waterfront, in lovely quiet parts of Queen Anne, or at the Space Needle, Gates Foundation, or Space Needle within 15-20 minutes walking. The apartment itself is spotless and comfortable -- I stayed with my grown son and his dog, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I had a great stay here! Jeffrey's place was clean, well-maintained, and well-designed. Very fun mid-century vibes, a clean updated bathroom, and a peaceful residential neighborhood. Only ~15 minutes from Fremont and downtown Seattle, very convenient to get to. Loved it and would definitely stay again
