Allen was so involved and helpful. He was attentive to every message and accommodating of requests that were reasonable. Highly recommend his place and will definitely rebook if I'm ever in the area again.

This is a gorgeous spot surrounded by trees with a view of Lake Washington. Seward park is right there for one of the most beautiful park experiences in Seattle. Peach was welcoming and gracious, the unit well cared for. One of the nicest rentals we’ve had through Airbnb.

Nice set up with room for a family, and not too far from Seattle where we had some appointments. Edmonds itself was great as well, and a Trader Joe’s was conveniently located. There were plenty of sheets and blankets and the apartment stays warm. The apartment felt private enough considering the hosts live directly above. The close proximity worked out for us when John kindly came down to check on the fireplace. It functioned properly— we were just rookies and unfamiliar with the set up and got paranoid of the pilot light.

This is the second time we have stayed with Allen at this location and both stays were excellent. Allen and his team were very responsive to our needs. We arrived before our check in time. A quick phone call later, we had a temporary key code and were able to check in. We also needed to extend our stay, and Allen was able to accommodate our change in plans. The suites are well maintained and very clean. Casa Blanca is in a quiet neighborhood and the orientation of the suites make it very private (especially the second-floor suites). The building is adjacent to a busy road so there is some traffic noise. The kitchen, laundry and bath had all necessities for our week-long stay without having to stock up on supplies, so it was a great value. There are a number of restaurants, fast food outlets, and a brewery in walking distance.

Staying close to 2 months house address is very convenient to get around at the intersection of Route 5 and 104. The house is clean and tidy. The kitchen and laundry room equipment are very new and working well. The host is also very enthusiastic to solve the problems in a timely manner. Very nice one room. Recommended.

Allen is a great host, we will continue to book his airbnbs. They are always clean and as said in the description. Comfortable homes all the time. Very great stay.

Our stay was cozy and enjoyable. We loved the house. Definitely an interesting design having both bathrooms upstairs (the upstairs felt super separate from the downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the outside was super nice. The bedrooms were nice. The beds are the old style coil mattress so very stiff. Overall we had a lovely stay and it was only 10 mins from downtown and Moran State Park. I will say if you need a high chair for a small child be aware that the high chair they provide is like the ones you get at a restaurant.

The location is unbeatable, the house has stunning views of the water and is very close to Moran state park, Cascades lake, and Mt. Constitution. The hosts were great at communication and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Orcas!

The country location is a plus, was very quiet. Traffic marginal for those going to and returning from work. Not enough to really even mention in our case. Was a positive for post surgery recovery. Was not a fan of flannel sheets but suitable. Would return in the future.

This place is such a great hideaway little spot! I had no idea this pretty little neighborhood was up here in Renton. the backyard makes it feel like you are away from the city, the whole neighborhood is very peaceful and very safe! as a woman traveling alone, I felt super comfortable here and and never once was nervous. The house has really nice furniture and amenities, you can tell they really take care of it. everything you need is here, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The host is always checking in on you and will bring you anything extra that you need! I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described and very clean. The host allowed us to have a late checkout and was very accommodating. The unit is on the top floor on the side of the building above another unit. Overall the airbnb itself was great, the bathroom was our favorite part. I wasn’t a super big fan of the neighborhood it was located in but there’s lots of stores nearby. If you’re looking for a solid place to stay near stores and the airport, this place fits the bill!

Beautiful little cabin on the peninsula! only a 30 minute drive away from port townsend and port angeles, but the little town of sequim has much to do on its own. The wildlife was unbelievable, and the view of the water was amazing, especially soaking in the hottub after a long day of walking around! Right next to the olympic discovery trail as well. They leave a little folder with very helpful recommendations of things to do in the area.

This home was beautiful! The communication with the host was prompt and very helpful. The location was easy to find. Our only issue is that we had a different understanding of the ADA requirements and found the inside of the house not accessible for my wheelchair.

This was our first experience in a tiny house, and it was great! Location was perfect for the White River Amphitheater. If we come back for a concert we will stay at Todd's place!

We had a great stay at Allen's place. It was very easy to get to and we were met by someone upon arrival that let us into the building and apartment and explained everything to us. Very helpful! Nice gym, pool, dry sauna and amenities. Cupboards were stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, tea, etc. Location was very walkable. Overall, we recommend staying at Allen's place! Thank you.

We had a wonderful 16 day stay and will certainly come back. Front desk staff were always available, newspapers and brochures were available in the lobby and excellent underground parking with plenty of space! Apartment is clean and well appointed. Thank you!

Easy to find, very clean, close to town and very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this Seattle condo. Very well appointed with added extra touches to make traveling easier (cotton swabs, cotton balls, body wash etc.). In-condo laundry units was fantastic and the hosts provided laundry detergent. The beds are so comfortable that I looked to see what the mattress brand was because my husband and I are in the market. I wasn't sold on the "inside" unit, but it's awesome. The courtyard is beautiful and you're insulated from the street noise. The building is very secure - you need a fob to enter the lobby and to activate the elevator. This means a "greeter" will meet you outside when you arrive to take you to the unit, show you around and give you the fobs. The host will give you the contact info for the "greeter" and make sure to connect with them before you arrive to confirm what time you'll get there. Location is great...within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Space Needle/Mopop depending on which way you go. I highly recommend!

xiaowen place is good. very homey, clean and neat. all the heater works really well too. because i visited during cold season. it is really help me to feel warm and comfy. Xiaowen also very responsive. Thank you for hosting us, i will surely comeback to Seattle and choosinh your place agaim🙏🥰
