This exclusive and bright apartment is fully refurbished with high quality materials. It is located in the Los Canarios Complex in Patalavaca with a big pool and a spectacular views of Anfi del Mar and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen and living room area, one double bedroom, one single mezzanine loft bed suitable for a child of above 10 years of age and a modern bathroom.The property has a nice patio at the entrance and a great balcony with fantastic views.

Huset har tre leiligheter med separate innganger som deler et koselig fellesområde med oppvarmet svømmebasseng og solsenger. Dette er leilighet A. Se bildene for nærmere beskrivelse. For å leie alle leilighetene samlet, eller leie en av de andre leilighetene, se "Ghirmais utleiesteder" på min profil. 3 minutter å kjøre eller 15 minutter å spasere med spektakulær utsikt til en av de vakreste strendene på øya, Amadores-stranden. 5 minutters gange til restauranter, kjøpesentre og supermarkeder.

Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

Situated in a very quiet area, just 10 minutes' walk from the beach, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the good climate of Puerto Rico city, with its well-equipped beaches, shopping centres and nightlife. The complex's swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, tables and parasols for spending pleasant days outdoors. There is a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away and a mini-market in the hotel opposite. The Amadores Beach can be easily reached on foot along the scenic promenade.

beautiful apartment located in the downtown area of puerto rico just about 5 minutes from the beach and the new mogan mall. Taxi and bus stop a few meters. The apartment is composed of a room with double cane, living room with smart tv, wifi, sofa, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, air conditioning and terrace with barbecue. Ground floor apartment without steps. Community pool in the complex. Easy parking in the area. Supermarkets, pharmacies and main services a few meters away

Mira Sunshine Suite

Mira Sunshine Suite is a huge 2 bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace looking onto the beach of Playa Del Cura. The apartment is newly renovated and completely equipped. It has one double bed and two single beds. There are comfortable sunbeds on the terrace and an acclimatized swimming pool in the complex. There is air-conditioner, wifi, smart TV, and a private garage. The beach is 5 min walk (with elevator). The golf course is close. Playa del Cura beach is one of the nicest beaches.

Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, TV with Apple TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. It has one of the best locations in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico

Excellent fully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in Puerto Rico Alto, Gran Canaria. Complex "Scorpio" in the upper part of town with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and the town. Very quiet area. Complex with common pool and elevator. Nearby there is a Shopping Center with supermarkets and shops. Parking on the public road. The nearby beaches (Amadores, Puerto Rico) are located about 5 minutes with taxi transport and 20-25 minutes walking (taxi rank very close).
