I have a small family and I was able to provide any activities they wanted for the day and I was able to get at least a session or two in a day. And still have time left to shower and dine before resting for the next day in (family) kiting paradise!

I enjoyed my stay at Charlotte’s rental property. I have never stayed at an Air B&B that had everything I needed. This place was very clean and I cook as a hobby and I tell you that the kitchen was equipped with everything that anyone could want in a kitchen from toaster, blender,coffee maker microwave, portable oven and electric kettle kitchen utensils and towels and it also had extra towels blankets sheets and hangers. So you don’t have to use the same towel after showering. Charlotte was very nice and welcoming and very pleasant she is a great host and I look forward to staying at her property on my return. Thank You Charlotte for a great pleasant stay.

Buchen sie die wunderschöne & gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Suchen sie nicht weiter. Pool-Bar und Restaurant TUVA: kann man Essen bestellen und wird geliefert. Bringe unbedingt Pesos mit. Essen lecker. Besonders die Früchte-Platte. Einkaufen: Janets, bekommt man sehr viele Sachen- (Taxi 500 Pesos) oder zu Fuss erreichbar. BEACH: wunderschön, Kite Schulen direkt in der Nähe (1-5 Minuten). Wird täglich gereinigt. Schöne Spaziergänge möglich. POOL: es hat 4, für Kleinkinder bis Erwachsene. Wird täglich top gereinigt. Auch Kinder Surfbrett 2x und 1 grosser Schwimmring. Genügend Strandtücher und Duschtücher. TOP SCHWIMM-LEHRER: für ihr Kind buchbar bei Carlos. Frag bitte Francoise. SPIELPLATZ: top und Sändelisachen hat es in der Wohnung. BALKON: gemütlich und wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. DACHTERASSE: guter Gas Grill und top Aussicht. UTENSILIEN: genügend Seife, Waschtabs, Duschgele, Kleiderwaschmittel... Sicherheit: sehr sicher. WASSTERTEMPERATUR: kontinuierlich warm und guter Druck.

Polina is an excellent host. Communication with her is time efficient, informative, and friendly. The apartment is conveniently located in the convenient location right on the beach and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The place is well-organized, clean, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and there are always seating options available around it. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend it.

This condo is absolutely perfect for a stay in Cabarete. Clean, well equipped condo with spectacular views of the sea with gorgeous sunrises and pleasant shade in afternoon. Comfortable beds, reliable wifi. The Seawinds property is very well maintained. Quiet and private. Beautiful pool and a short walk to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and Kite beach. Short drive to playa encuentro. Easy to communicate with host Ana. Detailed guide describing the condo and Cabarete. Would love to come back! ❤️❤️

Incredible stay! The place looked exactly like the photos, it was also very clean. The staff was amazing, the pool was perfect, and it was overall a great value for the price. Would definitely book again!

This was a lovely unit. It had fantastic amenities and everything was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The hosts were extremely good at communicating and checking in to make sure our stay was wonderful. The amenities were fantastic. There were even games to play, which was awesome for our family. We would love to stay at this unit again or any unit managed by L'Agence for that matter. They went above and beyond with all of the added touches, from the welcome book that provided lots of information and tips about the area, to the welcome package of fruit, coffee, and cold beer in the fridge. It was a very nice touch and very appreciated.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

The place was nice and big with all the necessities. All the restaurants were walkable through the beach or town. Would definitely stay again.

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.

Ana is an excellent host. From the moment we’ve booked until the checkout she made sure everything was perfect for us. A beautiful, modern and comfortable apartment, true to description, in convenient location. We had a happy family holiday and created lovely memories. Would definitely stay again next year!

We stayed in Janas place for a 3 day getaway and we weren’t disappointed. Lovely view from the deck with pool and ocean. lots of chairs at the pool. Walked on the beach to go to the restaurants and town. We wish we had booked this place for longer. Thanks Jana

La casa muy acogedora, la zona es tranquila en general y se respira buen ambiente. Con los anfitriones tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente a raíz de un evento inesperado ocurrido en la familia y solicitamos cambio de fecha al cual inicialmente accedieron pero cuando lo hicimos a través de airbnb no lo aceptaron y solicitaron que directamente canceláramos la misma quedando así expuestos a la posibilidad de perder el dinero. Del resto todo bien, la casa muy limpia y ordenada. Tony, el chico que ayuda, excelente ser humano, muy atento y dispuesto.

Wonderful rental, great hosts! Beds were very comfortable, good water pressure, well kept, & very clean. Very nice amenities, lovely back yard, AC worked well. Highly recommend and look forward to returning sooner than later!

Teresia is an excellent host. Always responding and carying for our well being. The gate community is very secure. There are no beach on site and the 2 restaurants with pool where you can go for the day have a fee (1750 to 2500 pesos per person per day) but they are beautiful. Sosua is easy to walk around. People are nice. The villa was perfect. The only thing is the very low water pressure. We would come back anytime.

Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Jonathan was an amazing host. I was celebrating a special birthday and was nervous about the property, etc.; however, he was very responsive and ensured me that I would be pleased and have an excellent experience at the villa and on the resort. He could not have been more accurate. He assigned a personal concierge who met us upon our arrival on the resort and who ensured we received the very best experience during our stay. The villa and resort were a beautiful tropical paradise and amazing. There was a housekeeper who ensured the villa was cleaned daily. We had a private chef prepare a delicious BBQ dinner one night of our stay. There were tons of restaurants, pools, bars, and activities throughout the resort to choose from. I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams how great this stay and experience would have been. I am so happy that I selected this villa and resort to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely book and stay in his property again and recommend his property.

The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. This was a great stay for our family. We loved the pool and pool table big tv in family area great place. We slept well quiet and safe area !!!

What a place! Impeccably decorated and excellent finishes. For all you US families out there, don’t worry about anything—Mario, local host, brings Four Seasons level hospitality.

The place at Bahia de Arena was superb. Quick access to beach and walking to restaurants. Joe communicated throughout our stay. House keeper coming in MWF was helpful to keep things clean and even doing our laundry mid week for us! Note that listing states there is a washer and dryer but it is kept locked up by the house keeper so we weren't able to use it the day we left to dry our wet suits, etc. Additionally we had a broken glass one day and there is no broom available for guest use. Only suggestion I have would be to let guests use the washer/dryer and cleaning supplies!
