Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

Lovely place and lovely location. Loved the fact we could use the gym and pool and we were so close to the beach. It’s not located in the hustle and bustle of playa del carmen which suited us perfectly. It was a short walk to get there, but we had ample options for food nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great, the apartment was clean, comfortable, the terrace and the pool were very relaxing to spend the afternoon, we only had a few problems at check-in with the access key, but then we talked to the host and he solved it by giving us a door number

Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight? The swimming pool. The pool area felt like a private oasis — crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and just the right mix of sun and shade. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset poolside with a glass of wine. It was peaceful, serene, and incredibly rejuvenating. Our host was just as wonderful as the home — responsive, thoughtful, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and truly escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back. Don’t hesitate — book it!

Host very responsive throughout and provided excellent directions. The location is the best in Playa with everything eg convenience store, pharmacy, cafe etc etc accessible within a 5 minute walk. Its also a short stroll to the beach. The unit was as described and it was hot and muggy this time of year but the a/c's worked very well. The unit was quiet despite some other reviews mentioning hearing the swimming pool mechanism from upstairs but we didnt notice that. The sound-proofing was good and the music from nearby clubs etc was also not an issue at night. The balcony was nice. The kitchen is not the most functional but we ate out and so it wasnt an issue. The roof and pools were nice and we spent some evenings there, it was never too busy, at least this time of the year. We had a car, and there is a garage in the building but parking is not the easiest because parking spaces were very teeny, so we suggest renting a smaller car if you intend to drive here. All in all terrific stay.

Great place to stay. My one week long family of 4 vacation was great at this location. Very clean and relaxing, more than enough space for my family. Very attentive host, they will response with in minutes for any questions. I will definitely recommend .

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Amazing price for a condo that has all you need. Rooftop pool is very nice and great for when the beaches are filled with seaweed. Stefano was very quick to respond to any questions and made the check in/check out very simple. Only thing to take note is that you’re right on the main street, so expect some loud music to be played at night.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Great place to stay and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Parking in garage is a nice bonus. Rooftop bar is beautiful with several pools and chairs, but wasn't busy when we were there. Appliances are in good condition. Kitchen works but would be nice if there were basic condiments and spices & oil. There is a karaoke place that is nearby and easily heard, seems to go on most nights. Host has a maintenance person to help with requests through messaging app and he was quite responsive and helpful.

The house is simply beautiful, it has all the amenities and tools to spend time with the family, spacious, clean and very well maintained. Ana's service was very good, always attentive and with good recommendations. The location is very good, nice area, the residential area is very quiet and above all safe. My description in 3 words, beautiful, safe and quiet.

I loved the attention of the hosts, they saved me from not spending the night in the car with 7 young girls, the Airbnb I rented for my holidays made us have a bad time and we had to leave it, I contacted the hosts late at night and they were accessible and quick, they made it easy for us to live in the apartment in less than 10 minutes, 🤗 they were angels for us, the place is comfortable, safe and with super clear and precise directions, they are in contact and always available, I recommend them 100%

100% recommended. As they mention in their publication, they strive to the smallest detail to ensure that everything is good and clean. There were 6 adults and 2 children and we were quite comfortable, all the services without any problems, and the area was very quiet. My nephews loved the pool and the facilities in general were always well lit and clean. Only if you stay there is it advisable to rent a car, but 5 minutes away you have absolutely everything.
