Stay was great! The pool and upper deck were great reprieves from the hot Mexican sun! Great view of the sunrise and sunset. Appreciated having the private patio too. Erick was super helpful and flexible when our taxi couldn’t find the place. Allowed us to get a last minute early check in. Do wish it was a tad bit easier to find/distinguished. One thing my boyfriend and I appreciated was no limit on the AC and electric. Conveniently located with good recommendation for places to eat. About a 15 minute walk to the ocean.

We had some issues during our stay but Ivan immediately resolved them. Ivan responds quickly and is there to help. The location is great, you can easily walk to many places. Downside is the restaurant in building. At night once you close the bedroom door you don’t hear it as much but do bring a noise machine or earplugs if you are sensitive. Loved that there was a desk and office chair to work at.

A super comfortable room, everything very accessible, very central, very nice and comfortable place, always attentive to any questions or situation, I recommend it 100% my family and I were fascinated

The place is simply very comfortable to get to, take a bath and go for a walk on the main avenue. It is close to self-service stores, restaurants. I would only consider that the policies for the use of common areas should be updated. Other than that, it was excellent. I would definitely consider staying again 😊

Erick is a super attentive person, apart from providing a place to stay and vehicles to get around, he has good friends who take you to all the tourist areas of the island and at a good price, it makes it easy to get to know the island

The accommodation is an absolute insider tip! In the middle of the jungle, it is nice and quiet and the property is a dream: clean, nicely decorated, everything you need is there. The outdoor area with pools, outdoor office and lovingly designed garden is even more beautiful live than in the photos. WiFi is excellent and is good for video telephony and streaming! The staff are very thoughtful and very very nice! We were given a lot of tips and we were able to borrow life jackets for free for snorkeling with the turtles. In my opinion at least 4 stars accommodation. As a German traveler, you will definitely not be disappointed here and can escape the everyday life in a romantic jungle atmosphere!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

The house is very well located and in a quiet area. It has all the amenities to make you feel at home.

Easy access, within walking distance of the town center, and fully equiped kitchen making it easy to cook in the flat when necessary. Would recommend staying here.

Great location. Ground floor has a circle k convenience store for groceries drinks and snacks. Two blocks away from the beach. One block away from quinta avenida where all the livelyness is. Private secure parking. Elevator access. Would stay again. Host made great restaurant recomendations.

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

I just stayed at Monica’s for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect- there is a 7-Eleven directly across from the building, a grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, 5th ave and the beach are within a 10 min walk. Despite being so close to everything, it was super quiet at night! The condo looks like the pictures and is such a cozy space! The bed is very, very comfortable with soft sheets. The water was hot every single time I showered and had great pressure. The a/c and internet worked perfectly. Monica was super responsive, helpful and very friendly. She checked on me consistently throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful experience and I am already planning to return and stay with Monica again. Thank you for everything!!

This place was great! It was in the perfect location to walk to the main strip, Walmart, restaurants. The kitchen was great to have. Julio was a communicative host and was very hospitable.

A great place for a peaceful stay in Akumal. Snorkeling paradise! Very friendly staff and security did more than required to make us feel safe and welcome. I would advise to bring plenty of food since the restaurant was closed, but it was three-kings day so maybe just bad timing for us. The nearby Pueblo across the road is pretty crappy, but there is fresh produce available there. If I go again I will stay away from the town.

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making this our home away from home!

Although the apartment was a bit smaller than expected, there were many positives that made it worth our stay! It's walkable distance to places like laundromats, Walmart, the beach, 5th Avenue, and more! The apartment has a full size fridge/freezer and kitchenette which was helpful for us. Our host was so pleasant to be in contact with. He was helpful when we had any questions, and always responsive. Also respectful. I appreciated that! The apartment feels safe, and in a quiet area, but still close by to the action. There is a great rooftop pool that was pretty empty when we were there, and pleasant to just hang out there. To sum it up - if you're not high maintenance, don't mind a hard mattress, and are ok with a small and simple place, I'd definitely recommend booking here. It worked for us!
