Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Puerto Aventuras

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Very nice house, very easy to get to, it has a red cross very close, and Oxxo, Soriana if you want to go sightseeing and just get to sleep, it's a very good option

This house is an absolute dream. The modern architecture is a real masterpiece. All the furnishings and appliances new and stylish. There are three swimming pools in the property, one in the garden overlooking the ocean, and two on the roof terrace. The water in the pools is crystal clean, the hot tub is heated. The pool on the roof terrace has a glass bottom and a glass wall, it's incredible. The master suite even has an outdoor shower (in addition to the indoor shower) with an outdoor tub that is so big, it could count as another pool! We had the private chef (Roberto) every day for all three meals. The food is excellent - healthy and tasty. We gave him free reign what to cook and we were always pleasantly surprised. The beach in front of the house is breathtaking. This is not a busy area and most times we did not even see other people around us. The overall area seems super safe. Maria Jose is an amazing host - super responsive and accommodating. We are so unbelievably happy!

One of a kind snorkeling and bay location. Private Oasis which is very hard to find in Cancun. Located in the middle of everything. Snorkeling equipment provided, meal service also provided and 24 hours security. Hot tub got very HOT!! Was super happy with the place and host. Will be back.

We had a brilliant stay at Villa Holiday in Playa del Carmen. There were 10 of us, and everyone had a fantastic time. The pool temperature was spot on, and the length was ideal for a swim here and there. The beds were comfy and great for a good night’s rest. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing, especially in the evenings. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook when we wanted to. The location was also incredible – very close to downtown and just a short taxi ride to all the vibrant restaurants and bars in the area. Thank you, Myrna, for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Juan, his team, and his place are maravillosos (wonderful)! My friends and I rented Villa Yambú for a bachelor party weekend. The house is beautiful and situated in a perfect location within Playacar Fase (Phase) 1. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily check-ins from the maintenance tech, Francisco, as well as by the daily cleaning service. We were wowed by the attention to detail: the housekeeping team realized we were missing certain bartending equipment to maximize our stay and, unprompted, provided it to us. So hospitable! I also highly recommend Chef Kim, whom Juan refers and lists in his house amenities guide. Chef made an amazing seafood paella for us and was a welcome addition to a fabulous final evening in PdC. The only hiccup we experienced was in finding the villa after entering the neighborhood. I recommend asking security for specific instructions, as the street addresses can be confusing. Thanks Juan! If you’re considering Villa Yambú, don’t miss out!

My husband and I travelled with 2 of our boys, ages 13 and 6, and my in-laws (early 80’s) joined us mid-week. I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the attentiveness to our needs by the staff. Everything as pictured and then some. We absolutely loved our stay and would come again in a heartbeat. We are currently trying to plan our next stay. The private area along with convenience to a cenote, town, a grocery store - we did not feel like we missed a thing and everything we needed was so close! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here and would highly encourage you to. I worried our boys wouldn’t like it, but they had so much fun in the pool, along the shore in tide pools, hunting for crabs at night, watching the birds - it was all amazing. Definitely in our top 3 vacations and we hope to go again!

Oswaldo's home is comfortable and beautiful. Oswaldo and his family were very friendly and helpful, and Oswaldo responded to questions and requests quickly. When we asked if there were beach toys available, he brought us a whole bag! The house is located within a compound that is walled off from the main road. The yard was beautiful and there was lots of space for the kids to run around. The kids loved the trampoline and the pool. The cenotes next door at Casa Tortuga were within walking distance, but you have to drive or take a bus everywhere else. Tulum is much more built up than we expected. The downtown is bustling and has lots of stores, and the entire area is undergoing a massive construction boom. (We didn't hear any construction noise in the compound, just to be clear.) We had a hard time finding reasonably priced beach access to a swimmable beach (the beaches are very rocky), and ended up paying for a full service beach experience, though it was lovely. We were a group of six three couples, all in our 60’s. We loved the house, it is so quiet and peaceful, after long hot sweaty, sandy days a peaceful and cool house was AWESOME…every ac worked GREA!!!! Simone, was AMAZING!!! He recommended restaurants, photographers, and anything we needed..THANKS SIMONE.. I got the pin to the location of the house when we were already on the plane, it didn’t download so we had a very difficult time finding the house….we were lost for about 2 hours… ended up in pretty dangerous roads…it was scary, but it was not Simone’s fault that the pin did not open correctly. MAKE SURE YOU OPEN THE HOUSE IN A PLACE WITH GOOD RECEPTION…. After seeing the difficulty time we had he was so kind to send us two of his employees to find us and direct us.. Everything was forgotten after a wonderful restful night… Simone even spoke to Chula…and she came and had a banana with us.

Casa Cenote was stunning! The pictures are exactly what you get. The staff was professional and hard working! They cleaned everyday and gave us everything we needed for the perfect stay. Thank you to Erika and Lorenza for being so accommodating and communicating with me the entire time and planning such wonderful events for my party to partake in!

We were not sure what to expect when we rented the Airbnb, but we were given a place that was well stocked, located centrally, and had three bedrooms with each having their own bath. All services for home were done more than once a week and home was very clean and well kept. The swimming pool had very clean water and the billiard table helped to keep our family entertained. Our host was very quick to get in touch with us and made sure that we could contact him if we needed any type of service daily at any time. The home had a guide of local activities and restaurants that were recommended, we tried most and were satisfied, a cook is also available if you find the time to schedule. Cozumel was beautiful and the beaches were very clean and the people were friendly. A real gem of property in an unexpected place. Host was very fluent in Spanish and English and his home receives high marks from our family for location, responsiveness, and upkeep. Would have loved more time there.

Stayed there for a month and a half. Lovely calm place with a stunning garden. Everyday landlord was out tending to his plants and always greeting me with a smile. Planning on coming back for a longer stay. Great pizza restaurant 1 min walk. Centro maya is just over the road.
