Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. Savupirtti1819 offers an authentic cabin feel in a peaceful setting. There's a fireplace and an air source heat pump that cools comfortably in the summer. The sleeping area of the cabin has a double bed, and the living room area has a wooden sofa and a wooden bed. Private beach in the yard. Wood stove and water pot in the yard sauna, which offer a traditional sauna experience. The cottage is equipped with electricity. No running water. Owner will supply drinking water. In the cottage, there is a freezing toilet (Ekohytte).

It is easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday destination. Liepeen pappila is located in the Iijoki river's Kurenkoski area, surrounded by meadows, just a short walk from the center's services. The rectory was built in 1844 and has been the place of work and residence of numerous parish officials. Historically protected buildings are in good condition and apartments have been renovated to be up to date. The courtyard of the rectory is idyllic and is surrounded by a municipal path near the beach.

There is a beautiful riverside path suitable for jogging along its banks, and there are many places to swim. There is a children's play area nearby. The stores and other services in the center are about 1.5 km away. Oulu is about 90 km away, Kuusamo 130 km, Rovaniemi 150 km, and Syötti about 50 km. It is about 100 km to Oulu Airport.
