The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

In the summer heat, you can cool the apartment with an air heat pump. The bedroom of the house (42 square meters) has a double bed, the living room has a sofa bed for two, the kitchen is equipped for longer stays, and the apartment has a sauna and a terrace. Built in 2014, our cabin is located in Paljaka, close to ski trails and mountain bike routes. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which runs the entire width of the cabin, allows you to experience the peace of nature in both winter and summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka town centre 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.
