Relax in the middle of nature on the banks of the Simojoki River! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. From the yard you can reach the forest, where there are paths and in winter sled tracks. The house has a kitchen, wood-fired sauna, washing machine, dryer, TV, air heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Built in 2014, our cabin is located in Paljaka, close to ski trails and mountain bike routes. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which runs the entire width of the cabin, allows you to experience the peace of nature in both winter and summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka town centre 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.
