Good and clean apartment in a good location.

Eveliina's place is super cozy. It has warm lights everywhere, it has all the kitchen utensils you can need and even more than you need to stay a few days or several weeks. The cleanliness surprised us, everything was absolutely crisp and shiny. We loved it. Also, the neighborhood is close to Rovaniemi, the road is good and in the surroundings there are very nice walks and paths. Also, is a very quiet area to rest. The temperature of the house in the middle of winter was very welcoming. There is a parking space reserved for your accommodation and it is next to the house. Everything has been very good and would recommend to anyone staying at Eveliina's house. In addition, she is always attentive and takes very little time to respond when you write. Everything magnificent.

Really great stat with clean place that was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend! (There was no hairdryer though although listed as amenity).

The place was good and uncluttered. Great location. Got the car in the hall, big plus. Peaceful condominium. Clear instructions and rules. Great place to stay for 4 people.

Modern and exceptionally tidy, equipped with every treat you can think of. Elevator tickets, EV charging, and being included in the price of the final cleaning, as well as other amenities made it easy to get away.

We've been here several times already, and we'll definitely be back. Everything goes smoothly with Carita, and this stay is perfect for our needs. The apartment is clean and peaceful, also good location.

I got to come visit with my daughter for a week & am very glad we stayed here. It was just minutes from the university so she could walk to class. The grocery store was just around the corner so very convenient if I needed something. The condo is just as described & we had everything we needed. Valentina was always very quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend.

A nice and very clean apartment with everything you might need for a weekend getaway. Incredibly lovely to have a sauna in the home but even more amazing was the giant terrace where you could both eat and chill in the sun. Quite warm in the apartment already in April but great value in having such large private areas available. Highly recommend!

The place was great, with a wonderful location that made everything convenient. The best part was the ski-in, ski-out access for both cross country skiing as well as downhill. Highly recommended for ski lovers ⛷️!

Onni's place was lovely. Felt very homely and had everything we needed. Very peaceful and beautiful location. Communication was great and we felt very welcome. We would definitely stay again if we return to Ranua in the future.

A comfortable, quiet place, great parking for the winter, everything you need for a long stay, well lit and the house looks good, and comfortable beds

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

WOW! This place is stunning in winter. The snow, the surrounds, the frozen river/lake, the cute lights and the house itself is magical. The big snow bunny and squirels in the backyard and..... We had the most amazing northern lights right in the backyard. We had 8 people stay and plenty of room. Such a beautiful home. Lauri, is so nice and friendly and easy to talk to. We rented the space as we were getting married and the back drop of the property for the first look was stunning and so much room for the bride and every to get ready. Stunning home. Thank you so much!

A cool and cozy place to stay in Kuusamo for a more demanding guest. The landlord was also friendly and took care of it throughout the stay to make sure everything was fine. Warm recommendation for everyone ☺️

A very cozy wooden house and perfect for rest. The fireplace works wonderfully and the sauna is great after a snowshoe hike or a sled ride. Both are available at the property. The kitchen is well equipped, there are even numerous basics such as salt, pepper, coffee, noodles, and much more. The house is super insulated, so it was never cold with us. The only thing is that the bathroom is quite small and the path to the shower is a bit far. The location is perfect for watching aurora lights, we were lucky enough to see some on 6 out of 7 days. The communication with Osmo was great, he provided us with a lot of useful information. Would have preferred to have stayed much longer. It was one of the best airbnbs we've ever had.

Nora's place is truly exceptional! The villa is beautifully maintained and fully equipped with everything you need to settle in comfortably. Located just 15–20 minutes from the city, it offers the perfect balance of convenience and peaceful seclusion. The area is also one of the best spots to catch the Northern Lights, we were lucky to see them on all four nights of our stay! We were a group of 12, including 4 kids, and the space was perfect for us. The kids had a blast playing in the backyard and exploring the nearby woods. Honestly, the villa itself was the highlight of our trip. Nora is an outstanding host - warm, responsive, and welcoming. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If you're considering a stay in Rovaniemi , Villa Pahta is an absolute gem. Highly recommended for its charm, comfort, and unforgettable location!
