Studio at the end of a detached house on the second floor. There is a code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu, by the motorway, near Oulu's Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed Karup design (size 140x200). The kitchen is well-equipped, including an induction stove, an integrated dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Coffee, and kettle and microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an additional fee. Free parking.

For those seeking slightly different experiences. A courtyard suite with all the spices, sheltered by the inner courtyard. Includes a wood-burning sauna, a cozy shower room, a small but convenient kitchen, and a glass roof opening above the sofa bed with magnificent sky views. In addition, the terrace has a built-in hot tub, which is rented at a separate price. There is a heated parking space in the yard. The suite has high-speed wifi. The kitchen has all the basic cooking utensils except for the oven.

In a private house in a quiet location (6 km to the centre), a "studio": a bedroom and its own renovated bathroom and SAUNA, in addition a utility room with a kitchenarea. Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

In this unique and peaceful holiday resort in the middle of a beautiful rural environment, it is easy to relax. The living room has a sleeping alcove with a double bed and a sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The cabin also has a toilet/bathroom and a kitchen. Oulu railway station is 50 m away. The suite offers no other wonderful experience. There are more upscale hotel rooms nearby :) This modest and small - really small - second floor apartment of less than 29 m2 has its own entrance from the spiral staircase, which may be challenging for some dogs (or people). The house is from 1986. A ventilation renovation is planned for autumn 2024. Bed linen, towels, soap, tea, coffee and apple or orange juice are included in the price.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Very cozy studio with small kitchen and bathroom. This is suitable for 2 adults (+ 2 children.) The location is great, very near of city center of Kuusamo. Ski bus goes to Ruka from very near of the house ( 50 metres). The supermarket is located 100 metres of the house. There is a cross-country ski run very near ( 100 m) as well possibility to ice-skate.
