The house has a kitchen, wood-fired sauna, washing machine, dryer, TV, air heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! A barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! Electric car charging for a different fee - to be agreed!

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.
