Holiday rentals with beach access in Pudasjärvi

The apartment is just great! Everything was as described and brand-new! An additional plus are the parking garage and the sauna in the bathroom. The communication with Laura was easy and proactive. She sent very helpful instructions upfront. We highly recommend this apartment!

We had a great time at Eija's place. It's as nice as the pictures suggest and a good starting place for exploring northern Finland. As a general tip, I'd recommend traveling by car, then you can easily reach several national parks and other sights in the area, as well as Rovaniemi. The area is calm, the frozen lake and snowy scenery make for a serene retreat. Eija was always quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!

The apartment is located in a prime location in the centre of Oulu and by the sea. The view from the apartment is like a painting, you could have admired it for longer. Beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere. Everything went very well, we recommend the place to others. We will return again if possible.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos and description. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the centre, the sea and all services. A small supermarket right in front of the house and two larger ones a 5-minute walk away. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with the main products for both cooking and hygiene already available. Susanna is a very kind and helpful host; in her apartment we really felt at home! We hope to be able to return to Oulu soon and stay in this apartment again!

Omar was really helpful and accommodated my weird schedule. He was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very nice and peaceful and had a nice view of the sea. It was very close to the city center with lots of shops and restaurants. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

Spacious, cozy, well-equipped place by the lake. Another cabin pretty close and not too much of a sight in between. Overall a positive experience!

Amazing house in a beautiful location. We had a very nice stay here. The house is very cozy, sauna is great and the pool was awesome. The hosts are very friendly and communication was smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

The house is exceptional, beautiful and right on the lake. The decor is natural, modern and with lots of wood; we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Note the very secluded location; the nearest shopping (supermarket) is about a 15-minute drive away. But with appropriate planning, that's no problem either. We enjoyed the quiet idyllic location very much.

Great apartment in a great location. Close to the city centre and Hupisaari parks, but still a quiet area. The huge (approx. 60 m2) and well-equipped balcony/terrace is certainly a wonderful experience during the summer and really gives you the opportunity to spend time in the fresh air. The apartment was clean and functional for two adults.

Clean and new apartment. It was easy to find and free Parking nearby. Very clear instructions from Johannes. All the needed amenities for studio apartment. Small details like fan, phone charger and drying rack was good addition. For the price there can't be better accomodation.

Very cozy and peaceful accommodation. There would be literature for half of life's needs and, in addition, a fine collection of LPs. We would certainly have enjoyed a longer stay. Good beds.
