We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. The personal yard sauna heats up according to your wishes. Warm welcome!

A cozy, traditional Finnish cottage by the beautiful Kivarijärvi is waiting for you! Peace right next to Pudasjärvi services. Feed 50 km In winter, you can sled right from the yard to the sledding trails. There are also Jyrkkäkoski ski trails and a sledding slope nearby. The Northern Lights illuminate the frost and summer awaits swimming, hiking, and nature. There's no shower, but the well water comes in the sauna. Drinking water is ready. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Our townhouse apartment is located in a quiet condominium in close proximity to nature. Nearby flows Iijoki. There is a beautiful beach route for jogging on the beach and there are many swimming spots. There is a children's play area nearby. Downtown shops and other services are about 1.5 km away. Oulu is about 90 km away, Kuusamo 130 km, Rovaniemi 150 km and Feed about 50 km. Oulu Airport is about 100 km away.

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
