There is a heated storage room available on the work floor, along with the option to service recreational equipment. You can access the trails and walking paths from the front door. Final cleaning and linen can be arranged for an additional fee.

The cottage and sauna were completed in 2012 and renovated in 2023. The area of the cottage is approximately 80 m2. The cottage has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a toilet. The cottage also includes a cold storage room and a covered terrace. There is no shower in the cottage, but an idyllic, wood-heated yard sauna, where the stove also heats the water. collages

Welcome to relax, cook in the bosom of nature, go boating on the lake and enjoy the gentle steam of the beach sauna. You have a rowboat and, if you wish, a hot tub (extra charge). Berry picking areas and hunting grounds can be found right next to the cottage. With solar power, you can use the appliances in the cottage and charge your mobile phone. There is no running water. The cottage is wood heated.

Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

Syötteen ladut ja pyöräreitit lähtevät lähes ovelta. Laskettelurinteeseen noin 800m. Alhaalla makuuhuone parisängyllä, lisäksi parvi ja levitettävä sohva. Tv olkkarissa ja makkarissa. Mökin varusteisiin kuuluu kesällä sähkögrilli ja puutarhaletku pyörien pesua varten. Mökissä sähköauton latausasema, käyttöön lisämaksulla.

Savupirtti1819 tarjoaa aitoa mökkifiilistä rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Tuvasta löytyy takka sekä ilmalämpöpumppu, joka kesällä viilentää mukavasti. Mökin makuualkovissa on parisänky, tuvan puolella puusohva ja -sänky. Pihapiirissä oma uimaranta. Pihasaunassa puukiuas ja vesipata, jotka tarjoavat perinteisen saunaelämyksen. Mökin varustukseen kuuluu sähköt. Ei juoksevaa vettä. Omistaja toimittaa juomaveden. Mökissä sisällä pakastava wc (Ekohytte).
