The place is in a great location. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good condition. Unfortunately, the beds were a little uncomfortable. We'd love to come back!

Nice stay in Campione d 'Italia. The appartement is ideally located in the old village, with the lake at 2 minutes by foot.

We stayed at this place for a team retreat. Fantastically large rooms with huge bathrooms. We cooked in the property, everything we needed was handled. The whole property is very cozy and well maintained with a lot of love for detail. Only the wifi was a bit overloaded for 12 people, here it is recommended to buy a data package and work through a hotspot.

We stayed there with 4 men for 4 days. The location was great for our needs. Supermarket within walking distance, as are a few restaurants. The apartment was clean and bright. Has a nice big balcony. With the rental car we were able to explore the surroundings from there. Thank you for the nice stay

We had a truly wonderful stay in Ranco! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was greatly appreciated by those of us culinarily gifted. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, and waking up to that every morning was a dream. Sebastiano was a fantastic host. Always welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. Ranco is a peaceful gem on Lake Maggiore, and this place is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. We would love to come back someday. Thank you, Sebastiano!

Raffaella has been very kind and available for me before and during my stay. The little house in the garden is lovely, the furnitures and objects are very nice and give a special charm to the interior. It’s a cosy place with everything one needs even for long stays. The environment is very private and calm, you can park your car just in front of the house. Thank you to Raffaella for welcoming me, i recommend this place!

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

We had a lovely stay! The landscape and the village was wonderful. The house was very cute and had beautiful views. We had a great time.

Third stay at Silvio’s over last few years. Excellent option. Great people. Will be back.

We had a wonderful stay and Carla was easily accessible, helpful and very friendly.

Great house that fully matched the descriptions. The house is nicely decorated and there was nothing missing. The location in the mountains is fantastically several hours of hikes from the house. Janine is the contact person on site and is (German speaking) with advice. The bread roll service Janine is also very nice if needed.

Marco's stay was wonderful from our arrival until the end of the experience. He welcomed us with a smile and lots of advice and any kind of instruction about the apartment, despite our unexpected delay due to problems on the road. The apartment is very well stocked, there is everything you need (and even more than you need) to spend a stay in comfort and tranquility. I therefore recommend the apartment and Marco to anyone who wants to spend some time near Lake Maggiore.

I've been to a dozen airbnbs in the last year. I've never found one so beautiful, well-kept and with such a nice and kind family. The photos don't do it justice, really TOP.

The space is really beautiful with its pool and gazebo. I felt right at home. We really enjoyed the place and the house. There were four of us. Roberta and her husband were always attentive to every need. I recommend it 100%

We were able to rent the whole house with the family, It is a beautiful house, with an even more beautiful garden! Communication was great! We enjoyed the deer in the morning, the wonderful swimming pool and the tranquility around us. Lots of natural shade! The kids were allowed to take care of the turtles and fish, which they loved. There's plenty to do within half an hour drive:)

He explained everything well. + private swimming pool + beautiful environment + parking space( in and outside + balcony with view on the lake + washing machine + easy check in and out + cosy appartement + private residence, lots of green - plugs have 3 pins, mine didnt fit

The flat benefits from the great View! The interior is nice, but overall cleaningness could be better (flooring, spider webs, kitchen). I would come again and hope the points will be taken up.

Me and my family loved the place, recomended for a stay with childrens, the place its very well equipped and has everything handy. The view to the lake and surrounding are amazing, the place its well located in the nature and close to the city center. Thanks Elena for the warm welcome, everything was great!

We (couple) are repeat offenders and always happy to be at Casa Roselli. We arrive and feel at home. Monika is an incredibly nice hostess. The amenities in the house are exceptionally good and commendable and everything is always taken care of in and around the house. The pool and garden are also great. All in all, an extraordinary spot on earth and a small island of bliss! Thanks for the nice vacation.

We had Andrea's very clear instructions to arrive independently and we were lucky enough to be welcomed and oriented by the mama... We immediately felt comfortable, the environment is peaceful, the apartment was perfectly clean and very well equipped! With “little touches” that demonstrate Andrea's kindness and professionalism. Breakfast, small cookies, guide and maps available to visit the area... and TO finish the POOL!!! The whole family loved it!
