The new building (year of construction 2011) was built on the remains of the former natural health spa of the 1920s "Cure Naturali di Ghiffa." Dr. Luigi Rovetta was the first to believe in the healing power of this place. In the 1920s, he had a wonderful spa residence built here + offered therapies based on natural remedies.
