Romantic vacation home 2 minutes from Lake Lugano. On the ground floor there is a large eat-in kitchen with a fireplace and TV in which you will immediately feel comfortable. Adjacent is a toilet with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. In the large living room there is a sofa bed and many seating areas with TV for the large family. On the first floor there is also a toilet with shower. The garden is fenced for children and dogs. Dogs are welcome. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also available for large families. The house also has a private beach that belongs to the housing estate. You can reach it in 2 minutes. Ponte Tresa, a border town on Lake Lugano with many shops, bars, restaurants and boutiques. On Saturdays there is the traditional market with many stalls with everything your heart desires. The Swiss border is 3 km away and Lugano is 12 km away. Lake Maggiore and Luino can be reached in 15 minutes. The market is always in Luino on Wednesdays.

The park residence "Antiche Cure di Ghiffa" is located in a quiet, sunny location above a romantic monastery overlooking the lake about 1 km away. The new building (year of construction 2011) was built on the remains of the former natural health spa of the 1920s "Cure Naturali di Ghiffa." Dr. Luigi Rovetta was the first to believe in the healing power of this place. In the 1920s, he had a wonderful spa residence built here + offered therapies based on natural remedies.
