Very nice appartement, great location, amazing pool, and host has been very helpful all the time

Die Wohnung ist ein Bijoux. Sehr sauber und mit Seesicht. Hinter dem Haus hat es ein sehr gepflegter Garten. Dort findet man einen Whirlpool und eine Sauna. Eine Toilette und Dusche hat es auch im Garten. Da die Wohnung direkt an der Straße ist, ist es am Tag recht lärmig. Hinter dem Haus ist der Bahnhof und auch von dort kann es laut werden aber eben, die Züge fahren wenn überhaupt jede zweite Stunde. Giovanni wohnt im Haus und wir brauchten noch ein Leintuch, der sofort organisiert wurde. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in colmegna und genossen das sehr gepflegte Haus.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war bequem und es war super ruhig. Leider keine Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen aber dafür kann Massimiliano nichts. Er war super freundlich und hat uns stets geholfen.

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist herrlich. Die Bäder und die Küche sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Leider waren die Betten etwas unbequem. Gerne wieder!

Nice stay in Campione d’Italia. The appartement is ideally located in the old village, with the lake at 2 minutes by foot.

Wir waren für einen Team Retreat in dieser Unterkunft. Traumhaft grosse Zimmer mit riesen Badezimmern. Wir haben immmer in der Unterkunft gekocht, war alles verhanden, was wir brauchten. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Einzig das WLAN war bei 12 Personen etwas überlastet, hier empfiehlt sich ein Datenpaket zu kaufen und über einen Hotspot zu arbeiten.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Ranco! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was greatly appreciated by those of us culinarily gifted. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, and waking up to that every morning was a dream. Sebastiano was a fantastic host. Always welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. Ranco is a peaceful gem on Lake Maggiore, and this place is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. We would love to come back someday. Thank you, Sebastiano!

Raffaella has been very kind and available for me before and during my stay. The little house in the garden is lovely, the furnitures and objects are very nice and give a special charm to the interior. It’s a cosy place with everything one needs even for long stays. The environment is very private and calm, you can park your car just in front of the house. Thank you to Raffaella for welcoming me, i recommend this place!

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Tage in Olgas schönem Haus verbracht. Alles war noch schöner als beschrieben. Sie haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Alles wurde uns sehr ausführlich erklärt. Und während unseres Aufenthalts hat Olga uns jeden Tag geschrieben und gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir etwas brauchen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war wirklich hervorragend. Ich kann dieses Haus jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

El alojamiento no puede estar mejor situado. Teníamos miedo que al estar en la calle principal, los ruidos fueran insoportables, pero todo lo contrario. Súper bien insonorizado y la calle no se sentía. Otra cosa a destacar fue la amabilidad, atención y disponibilidad de Silvio, el propietario. Desde el primer momento estuvo atento y resolutivo. Encantados de estas vacaciones. Mil gracias!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und Carla war gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Tolles Haus, dass den Beschreibungen voll entsprach. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage in den Bergen ist traumhaft mehrstündige Wanderungen sind vom Haus aus möglich. Janine ist vor Ort die Ansprechpartnerin und steht (deutschsprachig) mit Rat zur Seite. Sehr schön ist auch der Brötchenservice den Janine bei Bedarf vermittelt.

Il soggiorno da Marco é stato splendido a partire dal nostro arrivo fino alla fine dell’esperienza. Ci ha accolto con sorriso e tantissimi consigli e qualunque tipo di istruzione sull’appartamento, nonostante il nostro ritardo imprevisto per problemi sulla strada. L’appartamento è molto fornito, c’è tutto il necessario (e anche più del necessario) per passare un soggiorno in comodità e tranquillità. Raccomando quindi l’appartamento e Marco a chiunque voglia passare un po’ di tempo nei pressi del lago Maggiore.

Liebe Barbara, so nette und gastfreundliche Vermieter wünscht man sich. Ich kann Edenrock guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, als Lago-Fan werde ich sicher bald mal wieder vorbeischauen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und uns gut erholt. Mach weiter so , alles bestens und gerne wieder. Fam. Tobias Diegelmann

Sono stato in una decina di airbnb negli ultimi anno. Non ne ho mai trovato uno così bello, ben tenuto e con una famiglia così simpatica e gentile. Le foto non rendono l’idea, davvero TOP.

Realmente hermoso el espacio con su piscina y el Quincho. Me sentí como en mi casa. Disfrutamos mucho del espacio y la casa. Éramos cuatro. Roberta y su marido siempre estuvieron atentos a toda necesidad. Lo recomiendo 100%

We hebben met de familie het hele huis kunnen huren, Het is een prachtig huis, met een nog mooiere tuin! Communicatie was super! We genoten van de hertjes in de ochtend, het heerlijke zwembad en de rust om ons heen. Veel natuurlijke schaduw! De kinderen mochten voor de schildpadden en vissen zorgen wat ze fantastisch vonden. Binnen een half uur rijden is er vanalles te doen :)

Esperienza piacevolissima sul lago maggiore. La casa di Alberto ci ha fatto sentire a casa, tanto che abbiamo preferito fare aperitivi in terrazza vista lago piuttosto che fuori. arredamento carinissimo, molto allegro, fornita di tutto l'occorrente anche per cucinare. terrazza meravigliosa con super vista! posizione tranquilla perfetta per riposarsi ma con il paese raggiungibile a piedi. molto comodo il parcheggio.

Me and my family loved the place, recomended for a stay with childrens, the place its very well equipped and has everything handy. The view to the lake and surrounding are amazing, the place its well located in the nature and close to the city center. Thanks Elena for the warm welcome, everything was great!

Wir (Pärchen) sind Wiederholungstäter und immer wieder gerne bei Casa Roselli. Wir kommen an und fühlen uns wie Zuhause. Monika ist eine unheimlich nette Gastgeberin. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist außergewöhnlich gut und lobenswert und es ist im und ums Haus immer für alles gesorgt. Der Pool und Garten ist ebenfalls klasse. Im ganzen ein außergewöhnliches Fleckchen Erde und eine kleine Insel der Glückseligkeit! Danke für die schönen Urlaubstage.

Merci Andréa et la mama di Andréa! Des personnes aimables et cordiales comme on en rencontre rarement. Plus qu’un airbnb!!! tout était parfait du début à la fin! Nous avions les instructions tres claires d’Andrea pour arriver de maniere autonome et nous avons eu la chance d’etre accueillis et orientés par la mama… Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l’aise, l’environnement est paisible, l’appartement etait parfaitement propre et tres bien équipé! Avec des « petites attentions » qui démontrent la gentillesse et le professionalisme d’Andréa. Petit dejeuner, petits biscuits, guide et cartes à disposition pour visiter la région… et pour finir LA PISCINE!!! Toute la famille a adoré! C’est un endroit paisible ou nous avons pu profiter de beaux moments en famille! Merci Andréa! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et surtout nous reviendrons! 😊 GRAZIE MILE
