La host e sua madre (la signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi) gentilissime e a disposizione! Spazio pulito e ordinato. La casa era come nelle foto e sulla descrizione.

Appartamento grande, pulito e ordinato, dotato di tutti i confort. La Stube accesa emanava un calore speciale e un senso di serenità. Sabrina ci ha accolto calorosamente dandoci indicazioni precise e puntuali.

Samuel and Erica went above and beyond so that we felt at home, comfortable, and welcome. They so graciously allowed our grandchildren to come and play with their kids in their yard and courtyard. Erica spent a few afternoons with us watching the kids while they played. Everything about our stay was just perfect! Hopefully we can stay here again!

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

모든 것이 편안하고 편한였습니다. 네비게이션에서 찾는과정이 약간 혼선이 있었는데 긴 하나사이로 거리 이름이 달라 다른 호수로 안내하였으나, 길건너로 바로 찾을수가 있었습니다. 다만 아시운점은 저녁난방이 안되서 호스트에게 문자하니 바로 틀어주었습니다. 약간 쌀쌀한날씨에 여행하신다면 호스트에게 미리 연락하시면됩니다. 우리는 랜트카로 유럽여행하는 60대 사돈지간 부부들입니다.

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at Erika’s home. She is one of the best hosts I’ve felt with on Airbnb; extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. The property is beautiful and the location offers plenty of privacy. The home is comfortable and offers everything you need for both a long and short stay. While San Martino is a small town, everything we needed was within a 10min drive so it was perfect as a central hub for our travels. Advice for future guests: if anyone in your group is over 6ft tall (1.8m) I suggest staying in the middle bedroom, as the bed frame in the far bedroom (master) limits the length and is only comfortable for people under that height. My family and I would absolutely stay here again, in fact it would be my first option for future trips.

Wir waren seit dem 1. August in Roveredo bei Claudio und es war einfach wunderschön bei ihm hier kann man die ruhe pur genießen alles war perfekt der Garten mit dem Brunnen war für meine Kinder sehr schön und Claudio ist ein Herzensguter Mensch sowas liebes wie ihn hab ich schon lange nicht mehr kennengelernt er hat uns bei der Ankunft so viel vorfinden lassen Kekse , Milch, Trinken, eine riesengroße Menge an Obst ,Kaffee, Nudel,Tomatensauce und nach 2 Tagen wurden wir verwöhnt mit Süssem und ein Tag vor der Abreise wieder Süsses bekommen alles in einem ein total wundervoller Urlaub in Roveredo ich kann das Wunderschöne große Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden Aufjedefall wieder kommen Vielen lieben herzlichen Dank an dich Claudio du bist wunderbar Danke für alles

Caterina hat uns persönlich begrüßt und mit Tipps versorgt und war auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer gut erreichbar. Ihre Wohnung ist geräumig, gut geschnitten und ideal gelegen. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und ein großer Despar sind gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich saniert und neu eingerichtet. Man merkt an vielen Details, dass sie als private Ferienwohnung der Familie verwendet wird: Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeltisch und Bügeleisen dürfen benutzt werden. In der Küche ist wirklich alles an Geräten, Geschirr und Grundausstattung vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber. 2 kleine Nachteile: Wenn Klimaanlage und Geschirrspüler gleichzeitig gelaufen sind, hat mehrfach der Sicherungsautomat ausgelöst. Die Nachbarn oben waren oft auch während der Nacht recht laut. Zusammengefasst ist die Wohnung hervorragend geeignet für den Aufenthalt einer bis zu sechsköpfigen Familie. Auch wir kommen sicher wieder!

Very small vilage, quiet, people friendly to us and the dogs. There is a worse signal here, but that is very good for relaxing today. I recommend and we will definitely come again.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Questo appartamento è la soluzione perfetta per visitare Udine Perfetta la posizione. Perfetto l’appartamento: accogliente, pulitissimo. Perfetto l’host: gentile, accogliente, disponibile. Un soggiorno estremamente piacevole. GRAZIE

L’appartement de Anna était une excellente découverte ! Il est idéalement situé pour profiter de Lignano (proche de la mer et des restaurants) tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Anna est une hôte tres accueillante, gentille et arrangeante. Nos échanges avec elle étaient sympathiques et clairs. Le logement était tres propre et pratique, il correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Super tolle Wohnung, groß, sauber, 2 Klimageräte die ideal arbeiten (1 Raum eingeschaltet, die Türen offen und es kühlt, zieht aber nicht). Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden, gibt aber fußläufig (3-4min) Gratis Parkplätze. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man ohne Probleme dort direkt vor der Türe parken. Gerne jederzeit wieder. Wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder nach Grado fahren, wird definitiv versucht diese Unterkunft zu bekommen. 5 von 5 Sternen. LG aus Österreich

L’alloggio di Maria Federica si trova in una zona di Udine molto tranquilla. Abbiamo sempre trovato un parcheggio davanti la casa e il check in è molto Smart! Non abbiamo avuto problemi e la casa è colorata, pulita e ben fornita! Consiglio al 100%!!!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Elisabetta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Apartment hatten wir alles was nötig war, sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Super Pisten zum Skifahren.

Tutto in ordine, é la terza volta che soggiorniamo qui. Host reattivo. Appartamento non manca di nulla, inclusi giochi per bambini. La zona é tranquilla e ci sono ristoranti e supermercati nei dintorni in caso di bisogno. Molto vicino all'autostrada.

Ottima posizione, appartamento confortevole e spazioso con tutto il necessario. Rilassante vista sulla laguna dal terrazzo. Completamene soddisfatti.

Superb accomodation, very spacious and clean. A comfortable bed, plenty of cupboards, spacious high spec bathroom, great kitchen. We were impressed with Sergio's attention to detail. There were lots of local visitor guides and a list of recommended cafes, restaurants etc. This was one of the best BnB's we have found over many years of travel. Thanyou Sergio.

Für uns von großem Vorteil war, das wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten und der Hundestrand nur 100 Meter entfernt war. Die Stadt Monfalcone ist leider sehr anschaulich- aber die Lage zu Triest / Koper oder Gradow - Venedig gut.

Casa bellissima, tra le migliori in cui ho mai alloggiato tramite AirBnB, ampia e comodamente raggiungibile dai mezzi. Inoltre i ristoranti nella zona sono molto validi

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Luiginas Wohnung. Sie ist eine überaus freundliche und herzliche Frau. Für unsere Familie war die Raumaufteilung perfekt. Die Ausstattung war modern und passend für den Aufenthalt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Die Wohnung in der innersten Innenstadt und unweit von Stränden, Lokalen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist - durch die große Terrasse - besonders im Sommer super für einen Kurztrip nach Grado.
