Viviana is a great host and the place is as described.

Large, clean and tidy apartment, equipped with all comforts. The Stube on emitted a special warmth and a sense of serenity. Sabrina warmly welcomed us by giving us precise and punctual directions.

Samuel and Erica went above and beyond so that we felt at home, comfortable, and welcome. They so graciously allowed our grandchildren to come and play with their kids in their yard and courtyard. Erica spent a few afternoons with us watching the kids while they played. Everything about our stay was just perfect! Hopefully we can stay here again!

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people, they were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were 5 men visiting to see the Castelmonte Covid hill climb race, the convenient location to reach the track and once we got home after the race we felt in paradise, beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a large table great for outdoor dining. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Can't wait to be back and be able to enjoy that view and grill again!

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at Erika’s home. She is one of the best hosts I’ve felt with on Airbnb; extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. The property is beautiful and the location offers plenty of privacy. The home is comfortable and offers everything you need for both a long and short stay. While San Martino is a small town, everything we needed was within a 10min drive so it was perfect as a central hub for our travels. Advice for future guests: if anyone in your group is over 6ft tall (1.8m) I suggest staying in the middle bedroom, as the bed frame in the far bedroom (master) limits the length and is only comfortable for people under that height. My family and I would absolutely stay here again, in fact it would be my first option for future trips.

Caterina personally welcomed us and provided us with tips and was always easily accessible during our stay. Your apartment is spacious, well laid out and ideally located. Numerous restaurants, grocery stores and a large Despar are easily accessible. The apartment has been recently renovated and newly furnished. You can tell from many details that it is used as a private family apartment: washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron may be used. In the kitchen, there is really everything you need in terms of appliances, dishes and basic equipment. The apartment was exceptionally clean. 2 small disadvantages: If the air conditioning and dishwasher ran at the same time, the circuit breaker tripped several times. The neighbors upstairs were often quite noisy even during the night. In summary, the apartment is ideally suited for a family of up to six people. We'll be back for sure!

Very small vilage, quiet, people friendly to us and the dogs. There is a worse signal here, but that is very good for relaxing today. I recommend and we will definitely come again.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

Super great apartment, large, clean, 2 air conditioners that work ideally (1 room switched on, the doors open and it cools but does not pull). Parking is not available, but there is free parking on foot (3-4 min). For loading and unloading, you can park there directly in front of the door without any problems. Feel free to come back anytime. If we go back to Grado next year, we will definitely try to get this place. 5 out of 5 stars. Kind regards from Austria

Maria Federica's place is in a very quiet area of Udine. We always found a parking lot in front of the house and check-in is very smart! We had no problems and the house is colorful, clean and well-stocked! 100% recommend!!

Everything is in order, it's the third time we've stayed here. Responsive host. The apartment has everything, including children's games. The area is quiet and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby if needed. Very close to the highway.

Superb accomodation, very spacious and clean. A comfortable bed, plenty of cupboards, spacious high spec bathroom, great kitchen. We were impressed with Sergio's attention to detail. There were lots of local visitor guides and a list of recommended cafes, restaurants etc. This was one of the best BnB's we have found over many years of travel. Thanyou Sergio.

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

We had very nice days in Luigina's apartment. She is an extremely friendly and warm woman. For our family, the layout was perfect. The amenities were modern and suitable for the stay. Location was perfect for us! We would definitely return!

The apartment in the innermost city center and not far from beaches, restaurants and shopping is - due to the large terrace - especially in summer great for a getaway to Grado.
