I had a truly peaceful and refreshing stay at this beautiful chalet nestled in a nature preserve. The surroundings were incredibly serene—perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and unwind. I could sit for hours just enjoying the mountain views, breathing in the fresh air, and listening to the birds. The atmosphere was calm and grounding, ideal for a quiet retreat. The host was very responsive and genuinely friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for nature lovers and anyone seeking a relaxing escape.

Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Stefania is an awesome host—she was prompt, very helpful with tips about the surrounding area, and even reminded me of the unique charm that Italian homes have! Her Airbnb was comfortable and super clean, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The space was just as described, and her hospitality really made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Patrizia was truly a blessing. She was very responsive to questions and assisted in some local customs/laws that was truly appreciated…. And just a sweet person. The AirBNB is a primo location for eating, drinking, shopping, and more. You will not be disappointed!

We loved our stay at this place! The area was really nice, and there was so much to do. My whole family had a great time and made some wonderful memories. We'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Very good stay at the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with lots of space - and everything possible provided. Great views from the balcony and good location for exploring the nearby towns and areas (Grado, Cividale, Collio etc). Thank you Umberto for the hospitality.

Fantastic place to stay in Bordano. Much bigger than we expected. Perfectly clean with a very generous and kind host. Would happily stay again.

Communication in advance was super easy and fast. Barbara has given us exact directions, as Navi's supposedly can't find it well. We were able to park the car in the associated parking garage. Barbara then showed us everything, and made us feel very welcome. The best thing was that she put a cake and cupcakes and snacks in the apartment for us, even though we only stayed one night. You almost thought you had booked breakfast. The cliffs and the cliff coast path are super fast and easy to reach on foot, as well as the castle and the harbour can be reached on foot. We were able to leave our car parked after check-out because we drove later. So, absolutely recommended!

The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and fulfills all wishes for a cozy stay. The quiet location and the beautiful garden are relaxing. Good starting point for excursions.

Apartment in the city centre: comfortable, bright, clean, equipped with everything you need during your stay. Accessible by lift. Private parking space. We were in the city for the e'Storia Festival. We comfortably reached all the venues of the Festival meetings on foot. Marianna has always been extremely helpful and communicative.

We recommend Maria-Luisa's place 100%. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It is walking distance to the old town and short drive to Aviano. Would stay here again.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

More than just satisfactory! Farma Lakne not only offers a journey into Slovenian-Italian history, its products (honey & gin) alone are reason enough for a visit. The most magnificent accommodation I have ever had the pleasure of visiting during a business trip. Will definitely come back!

You will definitely love your stay at Nives and Giancarlo! :) Why? Nice, spacious, newly renovated & well equipped appartment (big bathroom, cosmetic miniatures - all you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen). Fabulous, large swimming pool with salt water only for 2 appartments (we enjoyed the pool most of the time as private, the other app.was not occupied during our stay). Very nice hosts Nives and Giancarlo, who really take care of us,on the other hand kept our privacy. Sweet surprise every morning.

We had a great week in Saverio's apartment. The apartment is located in a residential area, very quiet, not far from the sea (15 minutes at a slow pace). At our disposal there was a fenced parking space, the 3 pools (one for children), the playground always in the shade and the bicycles. At a distance of 150 meters there is a supermarket where you can shop. On the large balcony there is a February and the table where you can dine in the cool. Highly recommended!

Great location, comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need. Relaxing view of the lagoon from the terrace. Completely satisfied.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness. We stayed here after booking very last minute due to changes in our travel plans. Stella was incredibly kind and helpful, responded very quickly to all of our questions, and made us feel welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer and we definitely plan to go back!
