Great apartment right on the main street. I got they after dark so struggled to find out a bit. parking can be a bit challenging, but I found a spot fairly close to the apartment. Paola left a great selection of treats which was a great surprise. loved having a washer available!

The accommodation is a wonderful one, located high in the mountains. It was a beautiful view and wonderful silence. The furnishings of the accommodation are very cute and cozy! We had a great time with my girlfriend!

Wonderful and perfectly cleaned flat with three spacious bedrooms with very comfy mattresses and two full bathrooms. The flat is very modern with plenty of amenities. Stefania was a great host and very responsive, suggesting several places to further explore Udine and its surroundings and kindly allowing us to extend our check out for a couple of hours. Check in was very smooth as the flat is equipped with a self check door. Highly recommended!

I was in the area for work and felt very comfortable in the accommodation from the beginning. The apartment is ideal for two persons. Everything was very clean and exactly as in the pictures. The hosts are very attentive and uncomplicated to deal with. You can tell right away that they care about the well-being of their guests. Directly below the accommodation is a charming café or bar, which is also run by the hosts. A great addition for a relaxed start to the day or a drink in the evening. The location was ideal for my professional stay, quiet but still well connected. I can highly recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back if I get the chance.

Perfect location right in the center, but quiet as it is away from the road. Close to a large car park so very easy to drop and pickup guests. All shops and restaurants / bars are walking distance. Having an elevator is convenient, the small terras is good to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Sufficient space in the apartment.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

Absolutely lovely stay! The apartment is stunning, with breathtaking sea views and dreamy sunsets—perfect with a cocktail in the hand. Beach access is private and peaceful, and Trieste and Udine are both easy day trips. The complex is well-kept with great parking. Danila’s apartment was 10 minutes walk from the train and an easy 15/20 minute walk to the main square. There is a large grocery store a couple of blocks away. A cafe across the street. The kitchen has a good selection of dishes and pans. I loved listening to the children playing at the school behind the apartment. Having a washing machine was very handy. The fans were a great help as there is no A/C.

The suite was exactly as described and perfectly suited our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a smooth stay. The check-in process was simple, and communication with the host was clear and prompt throughout. The location was convenient and had great parking.

We had a fantastic stay at Maurizio's charming cottage! The place was spotlessly clean and had a special flair that made it really unique. Especially great was the pool for exclusive use - perfect for cooling off and thanks to the whirlpool function for relaxing. The huge property with large garden offered plenty of space for our children to play. There is also a barbecue area. Our host was super friendly, lived right next door, but still always left us our privacy. If we had any questions, he was always available and helpful. We also received very good tips from him on restaurants and activities. The location was ideal for us - both beach days and city trips were easily possible. Especially pleasant: we were able to park directly on the property, which made the car safe. Overall a fantastic stay for families or couples who want to enjoy peace and quiet and plenty of space. We will be back!

Vilma personally welcomed us at her accommodation. The property is virtually an addition to its own house. But you don't actually notice anything about it. There is a private parking space, private access a separate stairwell, etc. She showed us all herself and was really very warm and accommodating. The place was really great too. Stolvizza itself is also well suited to starting hikes there, as it is surrounded by many mountains. We only spent one night there as we were also passing through. But our stay at Vilma was still a great experience. We will be happy to come back!

Such a nice Place. Clean, new flat. Big, cosy and with everything you need. Summer-Highlight for our three kids was the Pool in the Garden. Loretta and her Family are very kind and funny, she gave us many really good tipps for spots we can visit. Also good is the parking-slot next to the house. Perfect host.

Lovely place. Easy to find, convenient to the hospital but also at the city center! The house is completely renovated, spectacular kitchen but the highlight is the bathroom. Spacious, comfortable, brand new and the hot tub! After a day of walking around with a light rainfall, I assure you that it was magical! I would come back tomorrow!

Communication via airbnb exemplary, fast, friendly and detailed. Handling and booking no issues. Green Village Resort: A dream. Luxurious villa, super pool landscape, shuttle to the beach well available, with rental bikes in 5 min also accessible. Beautiful beach section, nice staff in the beach bar. Food in the hotel a bit overpriced, but with self-catering in a new kitchen, it also lives very well. The staff has always taken care of everything. We had an internet outage and everything was put back in order within a day. Super friendly cleaning squad that takes everything very discreetly and carefully. We will definitely repeat the Green Village vacation, there was nothing to complain about!

We arrived as a family with 5 people. In advance, there had already been communication via chat about the booking and the further procedure. We felt very comfortable as a family, the children (teens) did not want to go home. The pool in the enclosed garden area is not visible from the outside and is simply mega. You have a spacious playground and places to escape to. The house offers everything you need for your vacation and is air conditioned. Everything was functional in terms of amenities and we didn't lack anything. We usually ate out, so we were also unable to use the kitchen intensively. However, everything was available for the daily breakfast and small meals. Shopping is best done at the supermarkets in Lignano, everything is less than 10 minutes away by car. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book with Aleksei again. Thank you for the opportunity and the contribution to the successful holiday.
